Dear Sir/Madam,
I have Been Worked for United Telecoms limited ( GOA Broad Band Network- GOA) in 2009n July to 2010 December, at the time of Work Duration some of the money Deducted for PF Purpose, and after long time and i followed hardly with company they provided me the my PF Num is KN-11174/1949.But once i filled up my PF withdrawal Form and Submitted to Company. After some days i have checked the PF Status in EPF Claim Online Status, their the Claim Status is showing the Message is like my PF Application has been rejected and Dispatch/ Dispatched to Address, the same thing Showing since 1 month,but i have not received any application till now. So kindly help me to resolve this, as soon as possible. Below is the Claim Status Message.
