This is to inform that we are facing severe issues in Landmark supermarket Mapusa goa with regards to Internet services. For past 7 days Internet is not there in our supermarket. It is affecting our day to day business activities. When complaint is raised to Gwave they say that fault will be rectified by 3 or 4pm but nothing happens. This all happens inspite of doing regular Bill payments to them. We are experiencing very bad service from them. When fibre manager is called he does not receives the call.
Also in the month of may when Cyclone affected Goa we were without Internet for almost 20 days. It affected our day to day activities drastically. Was this information helpful? |
