[Resolved] UniverCell / Mobile Insurance — Mobile insurance claim

Hello Sir/Madam, My Name is Nagendraprasad Yerramsetti. I bought a mobile(Sony ericson W200i,IME [protected]) in Univercell showroom, Amalapuram Branch, Andhrapradesh on 20th november 2008. Unforrtunately i had lost my mobile at Vizianagaram APSRTC Complex on 30/4/2009. Then Immadiately I informed the people who are working in Amalapuram Univercell Showroom. As they said to me I had submitted all the documents(Original Invoice, Letter from service provider(vodafone), Lettrfrom Sub-Inspector of police) on july 29th july 2009. Till now there is no Response.When I am asking that people They says to me,"There is some problem in document filling, that's why it is rejected and we will forward it again" and Today They are Shouted at me and they through out claim forms on me. good morning sirs/madams...
I'm deeply depressed due to the theft of my mobile (Nokia 2700 classic) which was bought newly in universal mobile show room last sunday(11.07.2010)... i found that my mobile was stolen while travelling in bus on 16.07.2010..i have insured for the mobile...I kindly request you tell the rules and regulations to do any follow and please tell me the details will i get the money back fully or as mobile...Expecting your mail soon...

hai nikitha first block the sim and get letter from service provider for blocking and reactivation (get original copy). 2nd complain to police and get that letter as original after one week police will give u non-traceable certificate get that original also. 3rd ur original bill which u got while purchasing mobile. so total u will get 4 documents withese u can claim the mobile

Hi Friends..

finally my mobile insurance claim amount has settled for Rs 6400, as i had taken my Nokia 5230 mobile for Rs 8690 incl insurance premium at univercell, jayanagar 4th block bangalore. on march 16th 2010 and had lost in may 28th..
ALEgION Insurance broking Ltd, had sent our documents back only once for a seal missing, after correction within 50 days i got my claim amount..
