I am seniour Advocate of Allahabd High Court, my father Prop. of Agarwal Traders 1003 Mutthiganj Allahabad have purchased a Usha Brita Aqapolies from your Allahabad distributor on 12.10.2009 vide invoice no. 90. From the date of purchase the machine is not functioning properly neither cooling the water nor purifier the water . I have complain so many times to your serivce engineer of Allahabad distributor but is not giving proper attention. At present the machine is not working for the last one month, the water is coming very dirty and unable to drink . If any employ or our family members will have any diecese it will be your wholly responsibility . You are requested to instruct to your Allahabad distributor to attend our complaint as early as possible or change our machine otherwise i will take legal action aganist you.
