Usha Brita Aquapolis Complaints & Reviews

We have purchased Usha Brita Aqua Polios during the month of August,2012. Since then Aqua Polios is not functioning properly. We have lodged complaints twicely but no vendor has come to rectify errors. Please look into the matter urgently otherwise we are compelled to lodge compliants in Consumer Forum for refund of money which we have already paid to your company for purchase of obsolate item.

I am seniour Advocate of Allahabd High Court, my father Prop. of Agarwal Traders 1003 Mutthiganj Allahabad have purchased a Usha Brita Aqapolies from your Allahabad distributor on 12.10.2009 vide invoice no. 90. From the date of purchase the machine is not functioning properly neither cooling the water nor purifier the water . I have complain so many times to your serivce engineer of Allahabad distributor but is not giving proper attention....
