I agree with all the complints about this fraudulent company. They operate under many different names like http://www.yourdesignerwear.com,
http//www.sareeonline.com, www.rathicreations.com etc etc. If you look at the websites they are all similar !
They have understood the loopholes of doing business beyond Indian borders without any regard for international laws.
I got fooled by all the wonderful promises and bling bling website. Of course the first order was 'not available' as they always say ! After 3 weeks I opted to make a substitute. When I go the saree as you can guess it was some reject that they couldn't sell.
I was advised to mail the saree to an apartment in New delhi and I was strongly advised not to use any postal method that would provide a tracking number !!! You get the picture ! They have mastered how to cheat every step of the way.
And of course now no tracking number and they say that they haven't received the package. They will give me a refund once they get the package. And 'please check with the post office' in USA !!!
So they get the merchandise back which they will send to another fool somewhere and they got paid in full for the saree that they got back. How brilliant and they know they are beyond the reach of the law and any other law enforcement agency.
Luckily I got the refund from my Credit card who won't get their money back from these cheats.
Next time MAKE SURE THAT YOU USE A POSTAL SERVICE THAT WILL PROVEDE A TRACKING NUMBER AND MAIL IT BACK TO THEIR BUSINESS ADDRESS IN JAIPUR.

I bought a saree and requested for a blouse to be stitched. I submitted a blouse pattern and my measurement. The saree arrived with a blouse that was not stitched as per the pattern I requested. The blouse had elastic at the back :) who puts elastic on a saree blouse. I wrote to Utsav and they acted dumb and kept on requesting that I submit photos with a measuring tape showing the measurement. It was so hard and frustrating to explain to them that it had nothing to so with the measurement and that I was complaining about the pattern. Email after email and all they could do was keep on requesting for photos with measurement. I am going to do a write up about Utsav in our local papers so that the public is aware o[censored]TSAV's cunning, fraudulent and deceitful act.
I would advice you all who have had bad experience with UTSAV to do a write up in your local newspapers to make the wider public aware o[censored]TSAV's fraudulent and deceitful act.
Never dealing with them again and will make sure I let as many people know about UTSAV as possible
