I had procured a vodafone locked balckberry handset from Mumbai - lowerparel office. the handset was getting rebooted automatically every 30 seconds. subsequently i got an a sim activated in vadodara on 21st July. Subsequently got my blackberry plan activated on 24th july.
Problem of rebooting could not be resolved by your vodafone customer care in vadodara race course as well as call centre. I spoke to the people in mumbai and got the handset delivered on 29/7/2009. Attached is blackberry handset service job sheet for your ready reference.
i received a bill in this month and have been charged for services which I could not use due to a faulty handset.
It may please be noted that i was assured by lower pareal, mumbai office that all charges will be waived off. however inspite of my telephonic conversations with vodafone and mumbai office, no action what so ever has been taken. I have also received a call from one Ms. Aasha from ahmedabad from [protected] whom i updated about the problem, but in vain
It may be noted that my old connection [protected] is with vodafone for past several years and I share a clean and clear history as a customer. The new add on number [protected]. I tried clearing bill for [protected] today, but was denied with a note that both bills will have to be cleared together. it may please be noted that I will not clear the bill till any action is taken or solution provided from VODAFONE.
to update, the old head set could not be repaired by vodafone or blackberry and a replacement has been courered to me from mumbai. this will be received in vadodara tommorrow.
