this is my last mail and compalint. After this I would not respond or react to any calls from Vodafone, coz none of my complaints in the past few weeks have been addressed. All i have been getting phone calls asking about my problem. No one has even provided me a solution. Everybody has been telling that we will call back, but no calls received there after.

As per my telecon...

I had procured a vodafone locked balckberry handset from Mumbai - lowerparel office. the handset was getting rebooted automatically every 30 seconds. subsequently i got an a sim activated in vadodara on 21st July. Subsequently got my blackberry plan activated on 24th july.

Problem of rebooting could not be resolved by your vodafone customer care in vadodara race course as well as call centre. I spoke to the people in mumbai...
