I have one plot in VGP Arjuntown at kudlu Bangaluru. Last month of Dec'2010, I telephoned to Mr.Mohan Das (sales manager) to know present value of the plot. But he told me that the local SC people filed a case against VGP on some plots in Arjuntown. So he is asking me to pay a sum of Rs. One Lac to settle the matter. I'm confused because when VGP made sale deed and registered on my name it was clearly mentioned that in future if any problem arises against the property, they would solve it in their own expense. Now why they demand money for expense?
Anybody have plot here please help me to understand the matter.
