Dear Sir,
We wish to draw your attention to certain BALANCE PAYMENTS Outstanding for the Bookings made in our HOTEL BASERA Mussoorie
We have repeated contacted them (Ms Kanika, Mr Tejpal, Ms Muthmari G, etc) over phone and e mail for the past several months but nothing seems to be done. The said payments have been made by them to some other Hotel Basera and the same have been credited in their account in PUNE of ICICI Bank.
The same have not been credited in my account till date as the problem is from VIA as the person in the accounts wrongly credited the amount to some wrong account when the booking has been made for MUSSOORIE.
The said payment were handled by Mr Abbas Mohd who has the left VIA and the people from Via now are giving this excuse that he has left and now nothing can be done.
The account details have been mentioned in the Contract form signed by me and their representative Mr Akhilesh Uniyal at Mussoorie wherein the Account details have been mentioned clearly.
