Hello,

I purchased a 21 inch flat screen TV of Videocon from Sneehanjali Showroom (Vasai) in exchange of my old Videocon TV which was a Color Display 24 inch in working condition. The salesman inquired about the old TV. How many channels are there? Is it color? and in working condition? All the answers were positive. The deal was finalised and I placed an order with the Company.
The delivery of the TV took place in the afternoon. Everything was set. The mechanic checked my old TV and thereafter packed it and took it away. When I was still trying to figure out the features of the new TV in the late evening, the executive gives me a call and tells me that our technician have checked ur old TV in the workshop and they say your TV has been converted so you need to pay an extra Rs.1000 to compensate for the same.

I was shocked at this. As far as my knowledge, in an exchange scheme all the checking takes place at the consumer's place and once the product has been picked up from the customer's place no type of research can be charged upon the customer. I argued with him for the same saying that I cannot pay the extra amount you are charging me as the transaction has already taken place(I payed through my debit card the entire amount) The price of the TV was Rs. 6900/- and the exchange rate for my TV was Rs. 3000/-

He said that it is mandatory and I need to pay the extra charge because the TV has been converted and the channels extended, but when we purchased the TV it was an 89 channel, I told him this. He told me you can come over here and check it out. Our engineers will explain you. But I knew it was of no use as I do not have any technical knowledge and they were trying to take advantage of the same. The next day, he directly sent two of his labourers to collect the money. I told them I wouldn't pay them. Those guys told me to speak to the Company again. I called up and told the salesman I won't pay the money as it is none of my business what you people research after the product has been taken from my house, What is the guarantee that you people have not removed the parts and replaced? How will I know of it?

But they seemed to be professional cheaters. My parents were not there around me, but they told me on the phone not to pay him any money as it is going to go in their pockets. After much of discussion, the salesman threatened me saying that"aapke jaise customer se kaise deal karneka, ye hamme achi tarah se aata hai. Mai apne aadmi ko bhej raha hoon. Agar aap paise nahi de rahe ho, toh woh log naya TV le ke jaayenge aur juna Tv aapka rakh ke jaayenge..."

But I was in two minds. If I take back my old TV there was no guarantee that those thugs would keep my original parts and second as to pay the money or no. I was totally confused and devastated. Those labourers were not ready to move unless and until they got their money. After some negotiation, the sales person agreed to make it a full-and-final settlement of Rs. 500/- I consulted my neighbour, she was askin me to bring it more down, but i was in no mood to talk to that arrogant sales man. I gave him 500 bucks and asked him to leave immediately. So its a good lesson for all you guys planning to take any new product on exchange. Do not pay the money. I am just 21 and this was my first learning experience of day light robbery.

    I had videocon Bazooka which was not working proper from last 2 weeks
    hence we called the Videocon Authorized service no in Pune [protected] then we got no. of Mr. Vidresh whose cell no. [protected].the complaint no [protected]
    he came after three days and checked the fault that time he told transformer & ic problem and went back with promise That he will come next day as he don’t have that part with him and have to order from company then after four days he came with parts and fitted in the TV but it doesn't work, so he took one panel to thane office for checking and till this date he haven't come back. now he is telling that the part is under observation and you should call to Mr.Iqubal Shekh for further inquiry his no is [protected]

      my washing machine's spin function was not working. I called them the technician came and said the spare was not available and he will get back to me as soon as it is available. The machine had an AMC. This was May 09. I called them again and was asked to register another complaint and this was on 18 June 09. Again the technician came and said the same thing . until now there is no response from them

      i have purchased a videocon washing machine on dated 28/10/2007.but till todate nobody from vijoysales come for demonstration. i have already call to customer care service to 7 to 8 times. but there is a very poor service.

      I HAD PURCHASED A FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE FA55 FROM GIRIYAS, HUBLI IN JUNE 2007. I HAVE BEEN USING THE SAME ONLY AS A DRIER TO DRY THE CLOTHES BECAUSE SINCE I HAVE PURCHASED IT TILL TODAY THE MACHINE HAS NOT WASHED EVEN A SINGLE BUCKET OF CLOTHES. I BEEN CONTINUOUSLY IN TOUCH WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE AND THE DEALER AT HUBLI. THEY JUST KEEP GIVING FALSE ASSURANCES TILL DATE. A COUPLE OF TIMES THE VIDEOCON SERVICE ENGINEERS (?????) WHO HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE MACHINE CAME TO MY HOUSE AND RETURNED BACK SAYING THEY WOULD RETURN BACK WITH SOME SPARE PARTS WHICH IS NOT AVAILABLE AT HUBLI. TILL TODAY THE M/C IS NOT WORKING AND I SUGGEST VIDEOCON CUSTOMER CARE TAKE NOTICE OF THIS AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION.

      I am vijay jain we have given the compaint few days back my compaint no is HYD[protected] We have taken the washing machine from DIGNITY ENTERPRISES, R.P . ROAD, SECUNDRABAD on 29.01.2007 bill no :006892 Videocon washing machine model5500 as we have spoken at this number for rectifing the problem of the machine which they are telling that the macanignizem have to change the cost is of rs 3800=00 phone no: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]
      the machine cost is rs 9300=00 { Inclusive of 12.5% vat tax }
      Just we want to know that if the company is manufacuring this type of the machine which will work for 2.5 years to 3 years and giving the warranty for 2 years what we can expect the performance from videocon industries ltd, and not geeting any type of responce from them as have talk to the person at they said that we will do somethink but afterwards they said sorry we cant do anythink you should pay for that. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE ANSWER
      So we are mailling you If we will not get anytype of answer from yours side then at the top we will write the letter and inform that please send the message to all of the person not to use the videocon washing machine.

      If we are paying 9300=00 and getting this type of trouble then we are not happy with this brand,
      As in the market we have listen that videocon products is ok but the service and profomance is not good in the market, the person in the market is telling to take LG, WHIRLPHOOL, IFB, SAMSUNG, GORREJ, ETC... ARE MORE better than Videocon,

      I have purchased a Washing Machine from Videocon, but i advice to all of you not to purchased such poor quality product. It started creating problem just after 15 days from the date of purchased. I lodged so many complaint & company engg attend complaints generally after 10-15 days but this time i lodged complaint vide complaint no.GHA[protected] dt 22.05.12 but till today 06.06.12 no body attend the complaint.Videocon Customer Care give me Engg Name Aamir Khan Mobile no. [protected] but he dont pick the phone.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        We have purchased a Videocon (21" Flat TV) from "Mukesh Watch & Radio" shoppe in Pune, Near Shrimant. Dagadu Sheth Halwai Temple. This T.V worked fine for 1 month. But that T.V. become dead. We contacted to Shoppe, Videocon Customer Care, Videocon Pune Service Center (Contact person, Smart Service, Pune, contact number - [protected], contact person - Vijay shinde- his contact number - [protected]). Then after 6 days one service person came to our room.He found that T.V. tube was dead. As the T.V is under warranty period, He promised us that he will replace the dead T.V. tube with a new working T.V tube. After that day every day we contacted that person bu he comes up with new reason. 10 Days gone we are still waiting for that new T.V tube to be fit.

          I from cochin kerala. I bought a Videocon washing machine from best marketing cochin. After one month it is not working. I reported the matter to videocon customer care in this number : [protected] and they told me they will send technician and gave me a compliant ID: cop[protected]. After that nothing had happend. I kept on calling and today someone called me from this number: [protected] and asked for model number of the washing machine. As I was at my office I gave my wife's mobile number. But she too was unaware of the model number. For that reason the man who called used very abusive language at her.

          I kindly request you to immediate action for using abusive language at my wife and get the washing machine repaired soon

            dear sir 4 monthes back is complaint in bharat t v home in markapur. he said come to the mechanic is check the t v . is problem tell me i c is fail. mechanic was problem clear the two day. but he came to the motherboard in service center. but nest week the problem is clear is take the amount.you can go.
            but this 4 months is t v very clear. but this month t v same problem is coming. but this month compliant next show room (pandu ranga t v showroom) complaint. recive the one mechanic is come to my home but same problem is tell me. recentley this problem rectifey. mechanic tell me see the bill and mechanic name and cell no tell me he talk the old mechanic.but oldmechanic nobill paper and no cell no in no recived. please rectifey in my problem sir.

              poor cooling performance
              I bought a videocon Split ac from Parshav Electromart Pvt. Ltd.( DIGI SHOP), Garh Road, Meerut. on[protected].
              The performance of the Ac are very poor from the day I have purchased them, Ac just do not give the feeling that you are siting in a room equiped with a/c, even after long time you dont get proper cooling effect.
              The complaint for this have been made to the dealer but they seem to take no interest in the complaint, even after repeated reminders there is no response.
              Its now when we need the service, it is not being provided.
              Hope this complaint bring us some relief and value for our money.

              Vediocon split ac is not functioning with cooling effect. Very frequently the indoor unit getting off and on automatically for one hour from switch on. Only air is coming out with no cooling.

              I informed the service centre more than 5 times. They are attending the phone and saying we will come. But so far nobody has come and attended the problem. This product was purchased in march 2009. Right from beginning it is functioning with the same problems. Despite my frequent complaints, No body has attended and is ready to attend the problem.

              After sale service is very very poor. We are totally unhappy with this product and with this company.

              Hence this complaint.

              Kindly do the needful atleast from your end soon.

                Model- Videocon K-5500, purchased from Ahmedabad(Gujarat)

                Dear Sir,
                The above machine is under warranty in Two years, since this period I had called for similar complaint more than 12 times and still problem has not been resolved. According to his mechanic there is one defective part and needs to change for permanently solution. Every time new mechanic comes and went off, there is no result at all.

                In this regard, lots of corrospodence has also been done with their customer care center but there is no result at all. Now, there is no option to come under your shelter.

                Sir,
                This is to inform you that I purchased a Videocon Washing Machine (Model: Eco Wave VGS65GDZ) (Serial No.[protected] on 01/12/2008. It has been purchased from Trade Wings, Methodist Centre, Napier Town, Jabalpur.
                It has a problem that some of its parts make noise while spinning of Wash Tub. Since then, I made complaints for 10 - 15 times. Earlier, complaints were made to Trade Wings only. Their mechanic greased & oiled the parts and it worked for about a month.
                On next complaint, same thing was done. Then, the part was replaced in Aug'09 but it was also not effective. Now, he says that the part will make noise.
                On 20/10/09, (No.JAB[protected]) I made complaint in Bhopal office. Their mechanic also could not catch the fault. Again I made complaint on 30/10/09, (No.JAB[protected]) but in vain. Sir, now I wish that you must look in this matter and give me relief from this problem.

                  Sir,

                  Against my complaint regarding my washing machine registered at the call centre on 26.06.2009 Mr.ashish das against complaint number is
                  El[protected] and second complaint is EL [protected], the spin tub that according to him was broken and buffer etc
                  As we took the machine to the service centre as per his advice, the machine was checked on arrival and both motors were found to be working fine. We were advised to get the broken spin tub replaced (provided it was available) or else repaired and refitted. On 25.4.2008, we took delivery of the machine (When I pointed out that the vibration seemed much less than what it should have been, the person attending us insisted that it was working fine. After bringing it back, we were shocked to discover that the spin tub was not moving at all. I reported it back to the service centre and a different person (name not known) visited us and reported that the spin motor was not working at all.

                  Let me say that I bought the machine in 2008, which true to Videocon reputation has been functioning almost without any maintenance and I never thought of replacing it. The motors were working absolutely fine as the Service Centre also endorsed and my complaint is that it must have been broken down while it was being reportedly repaired and refitted carelessly by apparently unqualified personnel. Since I pointed it out in my remarks, I have not heard a single word yet from S.A.M. Appliances Service.

                  Under the circumstances, I request you to (a) accept that the spin motor was broken down due to the negligence and inefficiency of S.A.M. Appliances Service; (b) take responsibility of whatever has happened and immediately replace it by a new spin motor free of cost with a reasonable warranty and thereby reassuring my trust in Videocon reputation; and (c) take appropriate steps against your franchisee – S.A.M. Appliance Services so that Videocon customers do not have to suffer in future in their hands. Otherwise, I will feel cheated and fleeced.

                    this is to inform you guys from Videocon, that one of your Dealers(Vikrant Electronics, Gurgaon) is Fraud, i purchased a 29'CTV from this Dealer on 26th October'08, but he send an old dameged CTV in a broken Box, then after complaining for 3 Weeks, he changed my CTV agin with an Old scratched CTV and he send that TV in an AKAI BOX, it seems that you guys dont incvstigate before giving the Dealership.This Dealer is not responding now to my Calls and even not returning my Money back.Please help me...

                      Worst customer service - purely harrassment

                      We are totally frustrated with Videocon worst customer service, which we have been never seen in my whole life this kind of responsibilities and irregularities.

                      I have taken Videocon AC 1.5 years back, now I am facing some problem in my AC. The electronic panel and remote is not working of my AC. I have launched the complain regarding this on 12.04.2009 and a person has been come to me from M/s On Spot Air Cools, Shop No.-12, F Block Market, New Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad Ph:[protected], 2706045 and checked it out and take out my AC for repairing. After 2 days he has taken back my AC and I had paid 700/- repairing charge and received bill against it.

                      Then he said that your AC is repaired and if in future I got any problem with this AC Panel, our service centre will take care of it under 6 month warranty of panel repairing.

                      After 40 days, again my AC has same Panel problem while during this period I have rarely used my AC, b’coz I was out of town. Again I launched complain against my problem in your customer care and again your person has been come to me. And he behaved very rudely with us. He said that there is no warranty and you have to pay 1150 + 1600 /- for repairing your AC.

                      I have shown my last bill to him and said that I have already repair it 40 days before then he said that only one month warranty has been provided by the company. He has contradiction in his last statement.

                      He behaved very rudely and misbehaved with us. I have his contact no:- [protected] (M/s On Spot Air Cools, Shop No.-12, F Block Market, New Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad Ph:[protected], 2706045).

                      Even the behavioural practice of the service engineer is unacceptable. Can you believe that even a reputed brand like vediocon can harass the customer to this extent.

                      Again 4 days before I launched same complain regarding my issue and again same person has been called me up for visit to me home for check my problem, again he misbehaved and said if you pay 1150 + 1600 /- then I would be come to your home otherwise you are wasting my time. I was totally shocked to see your service and response of your service person. It’s really worst. So, we don’t have any option rather go to Consumer Court. I am still suffering since last 10 days.

                      We hope that this mail is taken in the right spirit & arrangements are made for the replacement of the Panel unit of my Videocon AC, failing which we do not have any other option barring legal recourse.

                      Videocon — Worst service & no replacement even if under warranty from last 6 months

                      I had purchased videcon split A/C from NEXT on 30 may 2008. Right from starting it was having problem of cooling...when complained it was found gas leackage problem, after 2 months same complain was repeated and we were told that gas is low...the will fill it...gas was filled by service provider named safi.
                      Then too the problem was not solved . Right from Nov 2008 we had made complaint but till yet A/c is not working . After going too many times on shop the dealer sended another represenative for service..he told the gas in low and compresor had an oil leackage due to which circit of air flow in jam. For this you have to pay rs.1400 even thought it was in warranty period. when i refused Next said to contach us the service provider of city i.e.renuka refregiration - jalgaon . When his representative visited he concluded that 1.A/c wiring is worngly insatlled
                      2.Fitting not at all done properly
                      3.Compressor is faulty and not working
                      4.Copressor over filled
                      5.No wholes refileed by POP where A/c installed
                      He promised to repair it very soon and change teh compressor, but till date it has not been done.
                      This is the worst service I have ever seened in my life.

                      I have taken Videocon AC 1.5 years back, now I am facing some problem in my AC. The

                      electronic panel and remote is not working of my AC. I have launched the complain

                      regarding this on 12.04.2009 and a person has been come to me from M/s On Spot Air

                      Cools, Shop No.-12, F Block Market, New Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad Ph:[protected], 2706045

                      and checked it out and take out my AC for repairing. After 2 days he has taken back my

                      AC and I had paid 700/- repairing charge and received bill against it.

                      Then he said that your AC is repaired and if in future I got any problem with this AC

                      Panel, our service centre will take care of it under 6 month warranty of panel

                      repairing.

                      After 40 days, again my AC has same Panel problem while during this period I have rarely

                      used my AC, b’coz I was out of town. Again I launched complain against my problem in

                      your customer care and again your person has been come to me. And he behaved very rudely

                      with us. He said that there is no warranty and you have to pay 1150 + 1600 /- for

                      repairing your AC.

                      I have shown my last bill to him and said that I have already repair it 40 days before

                      then he said that only one month warranty has been provided by the company. He has

                      contradiction in his last statement.

                      He behaved very rudely and misbehaved with us. I have his contact no:- [protected] (M/s

                      Even the behavioural practice of the service engineer is unacceptable. Can you believe

                      that even a reputed brand like vediocon can harass the customer to this extent.

                      Again 4 days before I launched same complain regarding my issue and again same person

                      has been called me up for visit to me home for check my problem, again he misbehaved and

                      said if you pay 1150 + 1600 /- then I would be come to your home otherwise you are

                      wasting my time. I was totally shocked to see your service and response of your service

                      person. It’s really worst. So, we don’t have any option rather go to Consumer Court. I

                      am still suffering since last 10 days.

                      We hope that this mail is taken in the right spirit & arrangements are made for the

                      replacement of the Panel unit of my Videocon AC, failing which we do not have any other

                      option barring legal recourse.

                      I agree with you. Videocon customer support is the worst I have ever seen. I have also faced such kind of situation with them. I called their customer support till 5 days but no action had been taken on. They keep saying that our executive will visit to your place, we have put your complaint on urgency bla...bla...bla but nobody came. On the 6th day when they came they just opened up the ac and compressor cover and said that the ac is 4 years old and it has a very bad situation you should give it away and took visit charge from us. I mean we also know our ac has some problem and it needs repairing then instead of telling us the solution they said those words and when we asked them why are you taking visit charge you didn't even checked anything they misbehaved with us and finally we had to give them money.

                      Is this what they supposed to do? Believe me I am not going to purchase any product from Videocon and not even going to suggest anyone. If this is the situation I am sure Videocon is not going to survive for long time.

                      By the way did u get any help from consumer court or you are still hoping some videocon people to come and help???
                      Purely agreed. Videocon ACs and refrigerators are products not to be bought. I have a 7 year old AC. Last year the panel and remote both stopped working. Despite so many complaints they were never replaced or repaired.

                      Fridge's gas was over and the service was done. Again withing 3 months, same problem came and had to get repaired by private vendor.

                      I am now thinking to sell that AC and fridge both and buy LG products.

                      Last summer was worst because of videocon. Thankfully I have another AC of LG in my 2nd room and so entire family was left with one room virtually.

                        I bought a videocon fridge on the 15th March, 2009, from Milan Appliances, Andheri. On the 15th of April its compressor got damaged (stopped working all by itself) the dealer after harassing me a lot, finally made it on the 25th April. Now again on the 25th June there is a problem in the compressor and they say that i have to replace it again. They have troubled me soooo much i dont know wht to do. whom should i say is a __________ -The Videocon Company or the Milan Appliances people. Can u imagine a frigde giving trouble twice within a span of 3 months? Can u help me in any way?

                          I purchased this gadget ( Videocon washing machine model V-P- 1000 AFDC, fully automatic, fuzzy logic, Double cascade, 10 Kg ) in 2000.It is a wonderful machine. Now, spinning only possible not washing. Your service people say the ball bearings are worn out and no spare parts available now, They advised us to sell it. Is there a possiblity of mending this problem? We dont want to replace this nice machine.Help us to restore it.

                            Dear Sir/Medam,

                            We have lodge complaint regarding fault in Refrigerator before three months of Warranty completion date,
                            but it was not repaired by the service providers. We stay in Dhrangadhra town of Gujarat state, whereas the fridge was bought from Next Retail Shop of Hyderabad on June 1st of 2008. Local service providers did not attended the complaint with wholehearted spirit, due to which our warranty period has just completed. Lastly the service provider suggested the replacement of the same, as it is non-repairable... So, please kindly replace the Refrogerator. Due to inconvenience caused by the Videocon product-(Refrigerator), We have passed the whole summer suffered a lot.. Please respond even now, unless which we lose entire trust on the Brand-VIDEOCON. Please do not let me and the society, hate the brand...

                            Videcon — Replacement of Refrigerator

                            Dear Team,

                            I purchased a Videcon Refrigerator Model-5180 Serial no-1222 from IMP electronics, Vakola, Santacruz East Mumabi on 05/07/2008.

                            after 5 days it was not cooling, I immediately approached IMP electronics shop, They registered a complaint and intimated to Videcon company, Techinican came after 2 days & explained since Gas circulation was not going on, so he brought some machines and got regrigerator repaired on next day it self,

                            Again after 40 days on 22/08/2008. it was not cooling-i again approached IMP electronics on 22/08/20008. They intimated Videcon company on the same day, i approcahed the comany on 24/08/2008 regarding the replacement of Refrigerator,
                            They said -Process has been intiated for replacement of Refrigerator, but they need Receipt from my side, They provided me a number to fax the receipt copy, But i tried 3 times to fax it, but thier Fax machine was not working

                            I have been trying to Contact the comany officals but now they were not picking up my phone, i have been trying to contach Mr. Shekhar/Satish in Mumbai region, they were not responding,

                            My refrigerator has not been working for last 5 days, what should i do?

                            Within 45 days it was not cooling, i have been using Videcon products for so many years, I am really satisfied with Videcon company, But this time i am really fed up

                            I do not know why they were not responding, I have to escalate this matter to top officals.pLz advise

                              I purchased a new Videocon Split A/C 1.5 tonne on the 14/05/09 which was installed on the 15/5/09 and after two days of working the water started to flow into the room. I made a compliant to the Next Showroom in Sector 35 Chandigarh from where the A/c was purchased. This problem was resolved and another one started. The A/c stopped to do any cooling and blowed only hot air. I made a compliant in this regard again at the Next showroom on the 15/06/09 and they changed the compressor of the A/C but all in vain and since then the A/C is not working. I have made several visits to the Next showroom, countless phone calls but nothing cioncrete has happen. Today a person from videocon visited my house and said he was there to change the fan motor of the A/C and i refused. Now i want a new unit to be put in or my money back so i can buy a good A/C.
                              I have spoken to the service head north(Videocon) Mr. M.L. Yadav who was arguing and not ready to listen to my greivance and said they were looking in to the matter and will resolve it sooner or later. The question is when in winter? Its been 7 days and they say they want more time. I bought a new a/c not a second hand one.

                                Complaints are not being attended
                                We have purchased the Videocon Refrigerator 10 Sep 2009 from Maa Saptashrungi Electronics Kalya East.

                                After 6 months refrigerator started giving cooling problem, cooling was not proper. (Cooling was very low and ice was not being formed)
                                When complained at the videocon service center on 6th June 2009, We received the Complaint No. THA[protected], Next day their representative has visited our place n said he will send the technician to repair the fridge.
                                Technician named Ravi has visited our place in 2 days and started the repair work, however after he finished the work, He said start the refrigerator n tell me after one hour if it is cooling properly now but Refrigerator has completely stopped cooling, (No cooling at all), We called up technician Ravi but he said he closed the case as OK, n Mr. Ravi said he will come n visit again to check wats the problem, but he dint.

                                We launched a new complaint again with the videocon service center on 17 June 2009, Complaint No. THA[protected] & their representative Tushar has visited our place on 18 June 2009, however due to death in our relative, nobody was at home and representative has dropped the card to call & give an appointment.
                                When we called up the videocon center in evening, Phone officer said he is sending the reminder to the Mr Tushar to visit the place tomorrow on 19 June, but nobody has turned up till 22 June.

                                When we checked up with call center again, phone officer said the complaint is being cancelled and has to request for new complaint

                                We had to launch a new complaint again on 22 June 2009, Complaint No is THA[protected]

                                Videocon — no cooling properly near 2 month back

                                We have purchased the Videocon Refrigerator nearly 8months back, from Tirumala appliers in Palakonda village in Srikakulam Dist, AndhraPradesh. But it is not working properly in recently 2 month back. I alredy complaint to ur call center toll free number. they give one number, one person came and test the refrigerator, but he was not found the probelwm he simply said tho there is no problem in this . But refrigerator is not cooling properly.

                                ON REPEATED REQUESTS TO LOCAL SERVICING CENTRE THEY ONLY ASSURED THAT THEY ARE SENDING THE MECHENIC BUT
                                NOBODY TURNED UP.
                                I HAD ALSO REPORTED THIS MATTER TO SHRI PIMPALKARJI ABOUT 10-12 DAYS BACK WHO HAD IMMEDIATELY ASKED
                                MR. DIPAKJI THE LOCAL INCHARGE OF YOUR SERVICING CENTRE TO LOOK THE COMPLAINT.THEN ONLY AFTER MR. DIPAK & ANOTHER
                                MECHENIC MR. SHETTE ATTENDED. THEY ONLY PASTED THE SILVER FOIL ON THE CRCAKED PART OF THE FREEZ WHICH THEY
                                THEMSELVES SAID AS TEMPERORY WORK. BUT THERE WAS NO IMPROVEMENT AT ALL. THIS FACT WAS ALSO BROUGHT TO THE
                                NOTICE OF MR. DIPAKJI.INSTEAD OF SOLVING PROBLEM THE PROBLEM WAS AGREVATED WITH NOT TRIPPING OF COMPRESSOR.
                                MR. DIPAKJI ONLY ASSURED THAT HE IS SENDING THE MECHENIC BUT AGAIN 8-10 DAYS HAVE PASSED & NOBODY IS ATTENDING THE
                                COMPLAINT.
                                IT APPEARS THAT I HAVE MADE GREAT MISKTAKE IN PURCHASING PRODUCT OF YOUR COMPANY AS THE CUSTOMER IS
                                BEING TAKEN FOR GRANTED FOR 2 MONTHS & THERE IS NO SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM. I HAD NOT EXPECTED THIS TYPE OF
                                TREATMENT FROM A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE YOURS. I STILL HOPE THAT ON RECEIPT OF THIS COMPLAINT YOU WILL ATLEAST

                                I purchased a refrigerator 3-4 months back. Cooling system of the same is not proper. Once your representative have vigited my house for the same problem but all in vain. Problem is still there. Please do needfull.

                                My refrigerator was out of order and mechanic attened on 22nd January and repaired and charged Rs 900/- andstopped working from 27 th onwards, I have complained on 30 th of January, My complaint No. 295135, So far nobody turned up to rectify the defect..

                                for the refrigerator I have takenAMC in 20,07 for two yeas i.e., 2007 and 2008 . But after one year one Mr singh approached me and took AMC for three years by mistake.. My AMC is valid upto january 2011, Since I have misplaced papers, I have paid Rs 900/- towards repair. Please verify the record and extend the AMC upto 2011 and return Rs 900/- paid.

                                  I PURCHASED VIDEOCON AC FROM KOHLI SALES JALANDHAR IN 2006 BUT IN 2008 IT STOPPED FUNCTIONING.                                       I have purchased Videocon Washing Machine 6800 Multie Model two years ago. After using 6 months, the knob of Cycle selector had been broken. I have called the engineer for rectifying the same. after so many repeated calls, the engineer has attended the problem that too after warrantee period is over. Even then, he told that the total set of cycle selector has to be ordered to the company and it will come in one week. He has pulled out a rope from inside the Machine and given to us to use it by pulling the rope for draining for the time being. Inspite of repeated calls, no body has attended for one year. After some time, the rope also has been broken. Now, the machine is unusable. For want a simple knob, the service engineers have made our life miserable.

                                      Is this the service you are providing to the customers?

                                      Videocon Washing Machine. — Washing machine not working.

                                      I am using Videocon Semi-automatic washine machine. It's model no.-6802. It's problem is washing tub water enters into spinning tub & spinning tub cover broken.

                                      I have been complanting this issue since one week,every time i am getting response like technican will come to you with in 24 hours,but sofar i have raised 4 time complaint regarding this particular issue,but i got a call from ur techincan only one time that too he was asking my full adress only.and he said ok sir i will com to you.from that day to till today in the moring by 10.00 am i have raised thrice complaint regarding this issue.i am confused weather in such a big company there
                                      is not good customer service.i would not like to step in any videocon outlet from now
                                      because the quality service i got from you its rediculas.pls kindly look into this matter

                                      I HAVE PURCHASED VIDEOCON MAKE FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE IN JANUARY 2010 FROM BIG BAZZAR.THIS WASHING MACHINE STOPS FUNCTIONING FROM 17.08.2010. I HAVE LODGED COMPLAINT WITH M/s.VIDEOCON U/NO.VHA [protected] dated 17.08.2010. AFTER ONE WEEK TECHNICIAN VISITED AND TOLD THAT MOTOR BURNT.THERE AFTER NO ONE HAS CONTACTED AND NO FEEDBACK FROM M/s.VIDEOCON, COMPLAINT IS STILL PENDING.                                       I have purchased videocon washing machine model 6800 ( Semi). When my family went abroad the machine was not used. When they return they found the machines electrical wires damaged.

                                      We have made complaint several times to our purchasing dealers, there is no action.

                                      i had compalint so many time to the customer care that the wash tub not working. it stop after 20-30 mins of machine start.
                                      my mom whole day waste in washing cloth
                                      here below is my compalint no. which i sumbit to vidoecone.
                                      i ask local ludhiana head person mr. DEEPAK to change the machine with new machine because same problem happen and they r not able to solve this problem.
                                      but he told me that it is not possible.
                                      to complete one complaint they need mins 10 days . 10 days my mom wash cloth with their hands and soo much trouble for my mom. they r old women and videocone is not soloving our problem

                                        i had bought a new window ac model VWM -2644 videocon .75tr.

                                        when open and start, a noise come. i contact to cust. care and register a complaint on 6th june at 10.45 am.

                                        a engineer come and check the ac, it found that fan is broken. engineer take away the fan for actual size.

                                        i am still waiting for this fan. this complaint goes to Apollo service centre, c-15, rajdhani market, tagore garden Extn. when i contact to them[protected] no phone pick up in service centre.

                                        no responce for fan.

                                        VIDEOCON AC VWM-2644 — SERVICE

                                        I have purchased one window ac model no VWM-2644(.75 T) FROM NEXT RETAIL SHOP Jail road new Delhi on 26thJuly.The AC was installed by the next mechanic and was told that this ac is defective and its panel is not working. We will ask the company to replace it as early as possible I also register a complaint and a mechanic from your company came and told me this panel will be replaced within two days . But today is 7th August 7, 2008 nobody came and even they have no courtesy to inform me. I have already send 3 reminders but of no use. My complaint no is 5A[protected]
