[Resolved]  Videocon Mobile — V 1750 handset

i purchased v 1750 touch screen phone on 10 april -2010 but on 12 april its audio player was not work & phone was hang, its video player processing was also late .
i saw it to service center, he solved the problem but i want to complaint u that what is this???? with in 2 days my phone was going to service center . so please conclude this complaint sothat there will be no concerns generated in future & this type of activity will put effect on videocon image.

Thanks for seeing my complaint & also mail me for exchange & replacement method for my new phone.

I had given v 1750 having the similar problems mentioned above by Abhijit. they had replace my cell after one month but i m having some more problems like messenger yahoo. msn, and windows live messenger is not getting connected. some jpeg picture format r not viewed

This is shriram birla I have purchases V1604, 2 month, after purchases of mobile, the ear phone got out of order, it is been replaced but now just 8 month passed & the battery of the phone get discharged in just 4 to 5 hours, at the same time company clam for LONG life of battery is not worked,

Spare parts are more expansive in respect to the price...

So you never want repair I HOPE...

I really suggest that never go for Videocon Mobile its the worst phone i have ever used.

I totally agree to you as i m also a suffrer of bad purchase selection of vediocon.
I purchased a Vediocon V1655 & lost the charger, Thats my fault.
Bur for last 4 months i m hunting for the charger wondring from one service centre to other. but not able to get it.
I dont now why vediocon is performing so bad in after sale service.

speaking about the handset, it is horrible it no battery life, set gets hot after 2 minute talk, it Hangs, touch screen is disguisting, on the whole it is a blunder in product development. I would take an oppertunity to warn the readers DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANY VEDIOCON PRODUCT.

Videocon V-1750 mobile — fault in mobile phone

I am working with Defene Minister, in the Ministry of Defene South Block New Delhi I had bought a mobile phone No. V 1750 S/N: DD1750CE0001534 Color Brown and IMEI1: [protected], IMEI2: [protected] from M/s PRINTRONIX, Ground Floor S-529, School Block Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi-110092 Tin No. [protected], and Invoice No. 3733 on 21st September 2010. After 5 days it creates lots of problem like touch screen problem, camera was not working properly etc. in the meantime it was hag up on 4th October 2010 night. On the advice of the shopkeeper I was contacted to the Videocon service Centre, they promised me that this set will be rectified within 2-3 days (upto 7th October 2010), till today no fruitful action has been taken so far. During this process I spent lost of my valuable time and money. I was also facing psychologically harassment. (and Videocon customer care complaint No.DIK[protected]IB to Diksha Dated on 13 October in morning).

2. In view of the position stated above, I may be requested that please look into the matter personally and pass on suitable instructions to the concerned for issuing me a other new set, if it is not possible kindly refund the requisite amount to me at the earliest. I ‘ll be gratefully to you.

videocon v 1750 — battery problem

i have purchage v1750 before 16 month, now it battery is out of order, new battery is not avialable in market,

videocon mobile no 1750 — i have not received mobile battery
