I AM THE CUSTOMER OF VIDEOCON WASHING MACHINE SEMI AUTOMATIC AND I AM FACING THE PROBLEMS OF WASH TUB SINCE LAST 6 MONTHS. I HAVE COMPLAINED MORE THAN 10 TO 12 TIMES BUT ITS ALL IN VAIN. NONE OF THE SERVICE ENGINEER IS ABLE TO RESILVE THE SAID PROBLEM. ITS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO KINDLY LOOK IN TO MATTER AND GET IT RESOLED. AS I AM PAYING FOR THE AMC CONTRACT THEN ALSO I AM NOT GETTING THE PROPER SERVICE UP TO MY SATISFACTION OR ELSE THE COMPANY CAN TAKE BACK THE PRODUCT.

videocon Washing Machine 6800P — Wash Tub Problem

I have puechached washing Machine 6800P through Shyam radios Mathura reciept no1235 book no25 0n31/08/08 its wash tub switch is not working properly. The service center phone[protected] is not responding it is always replies that this phone does not exist.

    sir, i have bought a videocon mobile number [protected] from Ganaur about 100 rupes which is so costly compaired with other companies. But i spend this money only for internet and calling purpose but i found that the internet and voice calling facility is so so so poor and very bad quality. And this problems remains about 3 years. I have a old customer of videocon and launch many complained about this for in last 3 years. But all in vain. And i lost my money to spending in videocon. These company is so cheap and not resolved the problems seriously what can i do. I spend 180 ruppes in videocon.and this is very huge amount of money for me because m unemployed and a student so please take serious action about this company and its service because everyone in our city and district is very angry about the service so please take necessary action because they charged a lot but service is zero and other company sim is almost free and provide best service so please please please please please take serious action. And resolved my complained as soon as possible. And please refund my money. I don't want this company. I want justice

    Videocon Mobiles — very bad service

    i had bought videocon v 1301 mobile, it worked nicely for first 3-4 months but after that it started giving me problems first its display went, i replaced that in 8 days at anitrix solution, mapusa and then it started giving me another problem i.e phone is to go off so they told me that i will get the replacement and for that i have to give my mobile. I gave my mobile but its been month now i didn't got my mobile yet. I also wrote emails to videocon but they were not bother to contact me and solve my problem. They have very bad service, i won't recommend videocon mobiles to anyone..i think its better to china mobiles than the videocon mobiles, they are worst.

      Hello Sir,

      I am Mr.Shiva Bandaram from hyderabad. I have purchased a videocon mobile in the month of July and have used it for 45 days since then my mobile stopped working and even i have been to service center "Sri Sai Communications" M.G Road, Secunderabad. I have been there for nearly 9 times every time they give a call to take the handset and it doesn't even work for 5 minutes and even the response is very poor,i even had call form videocon call center,the guy who call me from videocon care center asks me to collect the handset but i get the same response it works for 5 minutes.Please consider my complaint and take action.

      sir, i have tata indicom franchiee in kota rajasthan.we have sold many hand sets of your company. but many cust who purchased these handsets are not satisfied and not interested to go toHaier handset anymore because ur services not too good, they told us that when they went to service center to solve any prob.service center owner tells us that leave ur handset and come after an month when we request them to solve the prob.earlier they suggests why did u purchased these hand sets, and u have purchased these handsets now u have to punished.
      sir tell what custmer will do with that hand set .many cust complains abt their mis behave and using abusing words.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        We had purchased a Videocon Refrigerator, Model No. 203BR; Serial No. 0739 and Bill No. 1414/11-12 on February 9, 2012 from "Bombay Variety Store, Benachity, Durgapur - 713213".

        From the 2nd month of purchase, we started facing problem.

        The 1st problem is that if we keeping food for more than 3-4 days, it's giving a foul smell. When we called Service Engineer, they said we have to increase the cooling temperature, we did that but the problem persist, when we called 2nd Service Engineer, he said decrease the cooling, but problem persist. On 3rd session with another Service Engineer, he said to increase the temperature,BUT THE PROBLEM STILL PERSIST.

        The 2nd problem is whenever the compressor starting and going to stop it giving a peculiar sound just like hammering nails, when we called Service Engineer, he said, some piston inside the compressor making the sound, we told him to change the compressor, but till date no words from them.

        Now tell me what to do?

        I had bought the refrigerator with full payment and suffering a lot.

        Please help me refund the money so that I can buy better service quality refrigerator from better provider.

        Videocon Refrigerator — COOLING PROBLEM

        i have submit my refrigarator cooling problem complient to videocon cus care nos[protected]
        on 9 th sept 2009 but till date i have not recuved any prompt reply from them .

        I will followup their eng as well as service centre many times but every i will promis it will solve on urgent or next day & submit around 8 to 9 complint to csc.


        45 days left but my complient not solve.

        i think videocon not needed customer because of they have more business.thats why their csc gives this type hopless service theirs custmer.

          I recently bought the Videocon LED 32" with inbuilt set top box. Unfortunately I wasnt aware that my society doesnt allow to instal dish. I was going to return the TV to the dealer, but the Videocon guy who came for install said that you could use cable with the set top box. I wasnt convinced as all cable services operate at different frequency. However, I also got a call from Videocon d2h customer care and they convinced me to keep the TV and asked me to wall mount it and watch cable. My other issue was that I had already paid Rs.1000 to NEXT electronics Korum mall, Thane West. When I asked the person who came to install dish that should I refund the amount, he said there is no need. Your Rs.1000 recharge is valid for a year and whenever you shift you can call us and install the dish and get the same package for a year free. So, I was convinced not to go for the refund. However, the next day I got a call from d2h customer care stating that your work order is open and since you havent installed the dish you would have to cancel this offer. I was shocked to have been fooled by the person who came to install. The next big shock came when the cable guy came to install the cable and the picture was full of noise. He even showed me the frequency that matched with the cable socket in the wall and the socket outside. Then he checked with IN CABLE set top box and the picture was crystal clear. Then I had to buy the cable box for Rs.1200. So guys I could have returned the TV and could go for a cheap TV and watch cable on it, but due to the miscommunication from d2h people I had to keep the TV and also spend more money to buy another cable set top box. And I am not even sure if I will get my Rs.1000 refund back. VIDEOCON SUCKS REAL TIME and Thanks D2H team for making a fool out of me.

            I have purchased V1542 in Sept'12, wherein while listening recorded call.. my voice doesn't play clear i.e cracked.

            I complained in Sept itself to Baroda Mr. Sundar[protected], Sarthi commn- near Pandya breedge- Baroda), he tried but couldn't solve fault. And directed me to wait for 15 days.
            After that i reminded many timed but no result. At last he gave me cell no. [protected]. to talk for.
            Where i talked about date of purchase & nature of fault twice in last week.. he told that he require to take knowhow from HO.
            It seems they don bother about image of company.

            Till today my cell-phone fault is not solved.
            Had i not mistaked to go for Videocon mobile ?

After recharging ive got message that recharge successfully done o[censored]nlimited internet(im having that message) but when i use internet, message is showing the usage and left balance of gprs 2gb in bits. I want unlimited gprs as said by customer care and recharge message.

                  I was using Videcon Fully automatc machine & Refrigerator since last 20 years.

                  I had purchased one Fully automatic washing machine from Mahavir Electronics, Jamnagar vide their bill No. 5205 dated 03.01.2009. I had some problem of w/m and contacted Mahavir Electronics, Jamnagar/Service Centre: Amit Refrigeration, Patel Colony No.5, Road No. 1, B/S Bramin Wadi - Mr. Amit Rafri mobile No. [protected] and after severl contacts/communications his mechanic checked the washing machine and replaced the wash motor and charged Rs.1400 + 200 service charges on 04.06.2012. Since last one month, the washing m/c has problem of power is not coming properly. Pressing the on button several times, the machine will On and automatically off. I had contacted Mr. Amit Refri through his mobile several times, but till date he will not depute his mechanic to sort out the problem.

                  Since last 15 days, I am contacting Mr. Amit Refri through his above phone, but each and every time, he will inform that within one hour his mechanic will come. Till date, nobody come to sort out the problem.

                  Hope, you will do the needful urgently.

                    I raised a complaint about my washing machine with videocon and asked for service (repair). They send a person after two days and collected Rs.350.00 with out even touching the machine and did not come even after 20 days.

                    I came to know from my friends athat they have done this with many customers.

                    I would sugest you all not to buy Videocon products. They are not at all good, you need to go for repair every now and then and atlast you will end up paying more than buying a better brand like Samsung, LG or IFB. Their cutomer care and service is pethetic.

                      My above mentioned Videocon number is showing no network from past 1 month, and the one who calls my number, receives the message that, "please check the number you have dialled", i having trying to their Customer care number but they are not picking up the phones and all their galleries have been shut down.
                      How can the Company shall do such a thing, i have been using my number which is [protected] from more than 1 years, and i have given this number in my advertisement, visiting card, banners, hoardings etc and spend thousands of rupees for advertisement and the company has closed my number without even informing us, please help me anyone who know how can i get my number back, or else what i shall file a case again videocon company for Business loss.

                        Recently I opted to Videocon DTH. I purchased the HDMI set top box at a ridiculously hyped price. After installation, I was shocked to learn, the so called HDMI set top box DOES NOT HAVE A/V out, to connect to Dolby surround amp, to get the maximum from the surround sound effects!! The A/V out is a basic requirement in any decent set top box.

                        Now I am saddled with this useless DTH equipment and I can't use it with my home theater! It was a grave mistake to change my previous provider for this so called advanced DTH provider!
                        There is nothing advanced about it. I don't know how the provider expects the subscriber to listen to audio only (music) channels if there is no option to connect the set top box directly to the amp!
                        Sorry state of affairs.
                        PLEASE DO NOT BUY THE VIDEOCON DTH.

                          We have purchased single door Fridge form videcon company which is in my father name jayadeva H D & Fridge which is under warranty period. It was purchased on 02/04/2009 and warranty period is for 7 years ( 1 year for others & 6 years for the Fridge compressor when we contacted customer-care of videocon they told that service charge is Rs:250+ 12.3% service tax & for the Gas filling its 500+ Tax .

                          But when the service engineering for the Shreya Tekniks which is in Bangalore Address: No: 414, 20th main, 1st block rajajinagar Bangalore: 560010 Ph[protected] Mob: [protected] (videocon authorized service center in Bangalore) he came & checked the fridge & told the compressor is dead short & need to replace with new one as it was under warranty it will be done free but they told that service charge is Rs 450+ tax & for the gas filling its Rs: 1800+ tax.

                          when i again enquired with videocon they told its 250+ tax & for gas filling its 500+ tax but the authorized dealer is charging more then the company what specified & i have tried to contact the customer care of the company but none of the company person is responding to resolve the issue for which i have taken this step to get the issue resolved at the earliest as it is still under warranty period


                          Shreya Tekniks They have taken Rs 300/- for service charge & they have not replaced the compressor which is under warranty.

                          I tried to contact the regional manager of videocon unnikrishnan cont no:[protected] he also did not give proper response he in turn connected to another person Alex cont no:[protected] who was very rude in talking and he was not in any mode to here the customer quarries. he in turn was very harsh in the words . I was very irrated by this so i require to take serious step so it would not repeat to any other customer.

                              and they deducted 2 rs every days without
                              my permission, I told the 198 customer care to
                              stop this service three times but its still active
                              and deduct 2 rs after one day . I Tried to

                              Videocon Mobile Service — reducing balance on free sms

                              Dear Sir, i have just bought a new card of videocon & recharged an sms pack of RS. 32 which gives 500 free sms per day but when i sms, 1 Rs charges cut from balance & even their toll free no. 121, if i sms on that also Rs 1.50 cuts from my balance, so please look forward to my complaint and try to give my balance back which they have deducted from my balance...

                              Videocon Mobile Service — About incoming calls

My concern is that, when I am calling from other mobile service provider to on my videocon mobile no.[protected], then videocon service is telling that "Please check the Number". But when I am calling from Videocon mobile service to my videocon mobile no. then no issue for incoming calls. This issue is coming at only my office place i.e. Sai Village, Panvel, Dist. Raigad. It means I am not accepting any incoming calls from other mobile service providers in the above said place. Pls. solve this issue ASAP.

                                  I have very patiently explained my problem to 3 customer care executives namely Mr Rambabu, Ms Madhu and Ms Sneha on Nov 13, 2012

                                  Mr Ashok the field engineer also visited my house and assured that will provide a solution to the problem, but unfortunately the complaint was closed without any further intimation or resolution

                                  I have expended Rs 25000/- on the advice given by the earlier engineer to get the D2H connection but all in waste as till know there is no resolution

                                  I kindly request your help to get me a solution for the above complaint launched with Videocon

                                    I have purchased Refrigerator of Videocon 300L from Pai-electronics RT Nagar, Salesman in Pai told me the product is good all the sales talk.
                                    This Refrigerator is with for 6months and seen repair 4 times in row for every month.
                                    Customer service is very poor, every time you call tech guy they come and fix, don't even get the feedback to communicate back to his office.

                                    I have asked for replacement of this Refrigerator and fed of service they provide, but no one is even bother to find out what wrong with this product even though there is still 6months warranty left. I hear there are lot of complaints from consumers on Videocon quality of product & service.
                                    I would like to book a case in consumer court for "defective product and bad service".

                                    I have purchased a Videocon Refregerator from SONY showroom, Ultadanga, Kolkata. They are unable to update regarding this defected device since last 10 days.I am hopeless.

                                    I purchased a double door refrigerator in December 2007 . As soon as it was delivered to me, i noticed that the door is not closing properly, leaving gaps. Hence a complaint was lodged at customer care through phone. An engineer visited and told us that since this is a new fridge,the magnet of the door will take its shape soon and filled some cotton insode the rubber.However the defect remained as it is after using the fridge for some time also. Again a compaint was lodged , the engineer came and again tried to fill some cotton inside rubber. But no use

                                    Now it has been over 2 years , continuosly i am following the matter through E-mails but the DEFECT HAS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED TILL DATE.

                                      I had purchased a refrigator from Digiworld Electronics, worth RS.14000, the company showed me the down payment of 4999, which we paid through cheque, & an installment of rs. 1125x8 mnths. Nw this is the 9th mnth my EMI has got deducted from my Account, & the EMI which was told has been replaced by 1209, inspite of having 0% as its Interest & No processin fees.....
                                      I had also given a intimation to the concerened manager about it...the final repayment of the loan amount, but there was no response from his side...
                                      1month prior notice has not helped me....
