Dear Sir,
I purchased a Videocon Mobile model no VC 1605 on 26/6/2010. This is a dual SIM phone (CDMA + GSM). The IMEI number of the phone is : [protected]. The phone was working fine for about 20 days after which it started showing numerous problems.
The problems are:
1. It gets switched off every now and then on its own and will resume only when we put on.
2. The headset is not getting recognized in the phone, no music or radio can be heard.
3. The CDMA call are not heard clearly.
I showed the phone to one of its authorized service centers on 12th August, he said that the phone has a motherboard problem and has to be replaced. They have taken the phone and its already 20+ days and they could not replace the motherboard as the parent company (Videocon) is not able to supply the motherboard.
I have mailed the customer care and also called them several times. Every time they have been asking for 3-4 days time. I am facing deep inconvenience because of the situation. I request you to kindly help me and raise a voice against the cheap quality pone and service provided by Videocon.
