i have problem with videocon sim card . They have stopped my sim card service without informing me .. And when i call them they told me that its because of technique problem .. i waited next day no respond from them was their .. today i have mailed them so they told me that your document problem but during the time of purchase i have given ma document and i m using this sim from past 3 to 4 months .. they are not providing me proper information .. and they have suspended ma sim without informing me . my cell number is [protected]

videocon prepaid service — Unable to make calls

I bought a videocon sim card one week back. My no is [protected], Today unexpectedly my outgoing call facility got barred. I am unable to reach even the customer service to post my complaint. Kindly do the needful.

My no. Is [protected] and outgoing facility from my no. Has been closed. But now I have recharged my no. So, kindly start the outgoing service again. Incoming service is already available.
