My refrigerator was under warranty so i did not have to pay anything. Also, since it was deevali during that time, the technicians gave me hard time. I had to literally threaten them that i dont get a tech service immediately (after 4 weeks of wait) i'll complaint to the consumer court. However, i got the service after much shouting and head breaking. Again the technician, gave me the same reason, did some nut/bolt change and left. Again the fridge was fine for a few days. Same problem re-appeared. I used to keep my fridge switched off for 24 hours twice every month.

And the re-appeared again in Jan 2012. I again complained to the Videocon service center. Since then i kept getting messages that a technician would come, but no one turned up. After 2 days i got a message stating that my fridge has been serviced and if i'm satisfied with the service 'reply Y/N'.. I was totally shocked. I messaged back N and immediately called customer care, as per their records my fridge was not serviced and the complain was still pending. It was clear that the service center guys were jus

He said that i'll have to pay 1500 to get it fixed. I was again taken by a surprise. All this while the problem was the same but no one bothered to say what the problem was, and today when i dont have any warranty, these guys a

Every 2 weeks i had to vacate my fridge and switch it off apart from wasting my time, money and energy in calling the customer care, service center and the technicians. Videocon — Cooling system of refrigerator is failed.
I have a Refrigerator of Videocon from authorised dealer M/s Pratap Electricals, Barpali Chowk Champa. and Now the cooling system of above ref. is failed. and I complaint orally about it but above dealer send a untrained atainder to test the the cooling system and said that it have to replace with charges.My question is that why above dealer sent an untrained person and why I accept the advice o[censored]nauthorised person that the cooling system of ref. is failed.
Dealer should sent a proper trained engineer appointed by Videocon Co. of this area. so that a customer may satisfy.
