I have given a complaint about my lcd panel since 14th july and the person comes to have a look at it on the 20th of july. He damages the panel board by short circuiting it. After that i've been calling the help line number repeatedly and there is been no response from it. The lcd panel is not yet been replaced nor anything else is provided in the bargain. i had asked for a stand by monitor and its yet not been done. when the viewsonic ads say that it will be done in 2 working days time, why is it that its not been taken care of. I cannot do my business because of the monitor. Can someone professional please look into the matter. MY complaint number is ID/RM[protected]. This is the worst company to deal with as its the worst after sales service and i would never recommened any1 to go for a viewsonic products because of this

i totally agree with the above person. The after sales service is the worst. Viewsonic is tarnishing its reputation by outsourcing its after sales service to non professionals
