I booked the ticket for my father and mother aged 80 and 75 years old to Dharwad for journey Dtd 26 Feb 2008. My parents boarded the bus at vashi at 11-30 PM, witch was to arrive at vashi at 10.30 PM.
The details of volvo bus is as below:-
Bus no:- 8898 From VT to Hubli.Dtd[protected]
Arrival at Vashi :- 11.25 ( supposed to arrive at 10.30 pm
Seat no :-5 And 6
I requested the driver to stop the bus if my father requests for toilet , as my father is facing problem of prostate glands.
At vashi the driver agreed to my request but stopped the bus after around 30 minutes after his request/s.
Finally my father forced to urinate in bottle while traveling at night.
My self with all my family members ,friends (around 50 persons) travelling in VRL buses since 12 years from mumbai.
This is my kind request to your management to tackle this type of situations in future & instruct the bus staff to assist
senior citizens. Or otherwise you will loose your regular passengers in futures. Was this information helpful? |
I had sent one parcel( Steel samples around 5.5Kg) to Hospet through VRL courier on 13.03.2009 from your Chakan unit, Pune. Receiver name is Mr.Pomesh.K. Manager-QA Hospet steels limited Hospet.
As confirmed by me from Hospet that only the Empty Box is received at their end & samples were missing. I repeatedly followed with No: [protected] named Mr. Niranjan but still no feedback on the issue.

I'm getting the calls repeatedly from them for not receving the samples.
Matter is serious.Kindly look into the matter.
