number of times i had visited to vishal megamart , ansal plaza, there not a single staff who can answwer the query or he shows the items. More than five times this year i have purchased the items from kids zone . ( cost more than 1000 rs , gift item) not a single staff who is intrested to show the variety of item which you have in your place. first up all we have to call ur staff and ask then they dont want to send the purchased item at billing counter which is at downstair. straight forward they refused. Mr vikas jha your floor manager he also no bother about all this things .

Its radiculous.
We have to stop to purchase from vishal megamart.
