[Resolved]  Vishal Mega Mart — Change in size of dress

Address: Jaipur, Rajasthan

On 27th of june, 2010 we went to VISHAL MEGA MART and we bought a dress of 7 year old girl dress. We asked salesman if there will be any change in size we will come tomorrow. Next day on 28th june, 2010 when we again went there for change in size of dress then they refused to change it only because of the reason that we don't change WHITE CLOTHES and we checked it that its nowhere written that white clothes will not be changed.
Plus he is saying that there are spots on dress because o[censored]s and he is not changing that dress.

Please kindly see into the matter and provide us with appropriate solution to our grievance.
