I went to Vishal Mega Mart around 8:30 pm. I like Glairs, it was my brother's b'day, so being so excited I purcahsed it, But next day Morning when I saw the brand new glairs again, It was broken. So i went back to store, but they informed Glairs wont be replaced, as i need to chk it there, and the damage must have been coz of me. I told them, If damaged wud have been coz of me than there wud be rashes on it, but there was a clear cut on it. I spoke to Manager Rajesh Dubey. He was really very agrogant.. blaming me all the time for the damaged and talking abt terms and condition. i told regarding ur terms and condition u need to mentioned it juz besides ur products.. I[censored] display damaged products hw can v be responsible for same? wht pissed me off, was his attitude towards a female customer, insted of helping with resoluntion he kept arguing. I honestly feel he shud be thrown out.. I have never seen this kind of pathetic attitude. BEing into customer service if you behave this way with the customer, then wht kind of customer service u they providing, Infact I told him I wont take this Glair, He Said Thank you very mush Shamefully, and also advised to go to Consumer Court.
