sir/madam,
i visited vishal mega mart ,station road bikaner(rajasthan) on 08.11.2012 at around 20:48:01.due to festival there was rush in store at that time.staff members at billing counter shown wrong intention and they had given me false bill and due to rush and mismanagement by staff they crated hectic condition and all this puzzled me.hence they did not given me time to check and telly the items of which i paid the billing amount of rupees 1280.00
my bill no. 080/[protected] time 20:48:01
(1)item plastic container- actual supply of 01 set but billing was made of 02 set
(2)biscuit - actual supply of 01 packet but billing was made of 02 packets
(3)hair comb - not demanded and not supplied by the store but bill was added of rs. 9.00
further i want to clear that even amount was not so big but they cheated me that's why i am filing their complaint.my self Dr.Deepak chaturvedi (assistant professor in SKRAU BIKANER) went to clarify the wrong billing on 09.11.2012 in morning hours.again i face drastic situation there.Besides satisfying me regarding my complaint, one of the staff member Ajay saraswat humiliated me.this all harm my integrity and i left the already supplied items(01 set of plastic container and a packet of biscuit).
now i need consumer satisfaction and justice.
