[Resolved]  Vision TransGlobal — Fraud behavior

Company Vision TransGlobal http://www.visiontransglobal.com/contactus.htm ordered translations from English into Czech language. Invoice was payable in the beginning of December, then we received 450 USD of total sum 1600 USD - and in this moment they don´t communicate about another payments - eventhough they are online and communicate with other clients - this is not honest behavior and I would like to warn all translators and possible clients of this company - if you cooperate with this company you will not be paid and I don´t know why clients should cooperate with clients that doń t pay to their translators - then it is better to find individual translators.
I can send you all communication with Mr. Ziyauddin Shibli who promised me to get payment so many times - and I have to say that they caused me big problems and eventhough he knew I really need my money he didn´t react to it. Everything is in our conversation and I´m ready to send it to any translator or company.

This is totally wrong,

Ms Evan Hanilova has been informed of each and every development about this project. She even herself delayed the project for four days and she was the only translator who submitted her project in the end much after the deadline.

Though she was promised payment in 30 days from the date of invoicing but she was clearly informed of the later developments in the payments that we have had from our client itself in spite of that we arranged payments for her from our own account.

She started making and using all types of allegations ranging from accusing us of ruining her children's birthday, to bringing them on the road which were totally ununderstandable for us as to how an association for a 16 days project can bring so many calamities on an individual.

She even threatened to malign us and post negative feedbacks on all trnaslator servers including proz and translatorcafe and kept telling us that she is withholding this material as she beleives us but still she has gone ahead and published it at various places (without informing us of the same and this is a conincidence that we came to know aobut this negative feedback by her agains us) but in spite of that in our last communication we have told her very clearly that even if she publishes all kind of negative material about us just for this delay we are still going to make her the full payments as long as we owe a single penny to him. A delay in the payment does not always mean "intention not to pay".

I hope that Ms Evaloava, will show some trust in us and will have some more patience as there are other trnaslators also associated with this project who have not received their full amount as yet but none of them has gone that far as Ms Eva..
This is not totally wrong. During this week I will prepare list of terms when Mr. Shibli promised to pay - whole or partial amount - and list of his comments including statements about payment from his client (accepted cheque etc.).
Well, as mentioned below, I´m not the only one translator who wasn´t paid in full:
