This is regarding a comment posted on this website by one of the translator Eva Hnilova, she posted these comments on the internet without giving a proper notice and kept telling that she has not posted any comments anywhere and when confronted with this then she admitted. As a result of this malcious and slandering action taken by her without any proper procedure, we withheld her remaining amount unless and until she removes the unjustified comments. She brought in many mediators in between and finally we agreed to pay her a deducted amount (as she has done continues till date to cause us losses and damages through these comments) with the agreement that she will remove these comments from the internet after the receipt of the agreement payment. She received the amount but now refuses to remove these comments saying she has written to the administrator and her responsibility is now over.

We would like to bring it to your notice and request you to remove these comments from this lady immediately

Mr. Shibli and his company, "Vision Transglobal" are fraudulent scam artists who hire translators and afterward do not pay them for their services as agreed. It happened to me, and Mr. Shibli still owes me more than $200 USD for a translation I completed for him nearly a year ago.

And then Mr. Shibli has the nerve to display his righteous indignation when us translators "posted these comments on the internet without giving a proper notice"? What? We now have to give "proper notice" to fraudulent agencies before we post our experience in an attempt to warn other fellow translators????

Furthermore, as if Mr. Shibli did not lack enough shame already, he then resorts to slandering those same translators whose services he has so freely usurped?

This is ridiculous!

This translator is extremely wicked and an expert and twisting facts and misleading other. We were not the only victim. He did exactly same what he did to others.

His dues were no more than 150 and they were rightly withheld. He stopped answering emails for days and days an then come with flimsy grounds, totally unprofessional. Client highlighted errors, sent file back and this man would not even reply or receive phonecalls. Even the numbers he provided were not working. This person everdelayed the work and and we had to suffer the losses.

This translator jose sotres full name (Jose Angel Sotres Diaz) and also Jose A. Sotres, M.D.

We do never like to engage in such unhealthy activities but when Persons like Eva and Jose on the one hand work in a totally unprofessional ways and then instead of taking responsbility start indulging in such an unjustitified and unethical practice of slandering an individual or company with twisted facts, it becomes imperative to present complete facts.
