mr. Rohan Bhatia visit our factory on 27/12/07 and discusion and finalise for corporate plan. we buy new 16 new sim card.+ old prepaid 4+ and 5 prepaid connection transfer to new corporate offer.4 prepaid connection already transfer. 5 post paid connection still not transfer in corporate offer. we lost every month more than 2, 000 Rs. Rohan Bhatia many time confirm that already transfer corporate offer. still not not transfer.We need all refund which we pay more. this month we think to stop payment! Please advice.

    Dear Sir,
    I find every month I am being charged Rs 30/- towards subscription for using Caller Tune Services whereas I am not aware of this nor am intrested to utilise such services.
    I am an Old Lady Teacher & have nothing to do with Caller Tunes.I just wish to use your Mobile phone Services( [protected] ) without caller tune.
    KINDLY STOP PROVIDING / Discontinue CALLER TUNE SERVICE to me & thereby Stop Charging Rs 30/- PM Extra.
    Despite repeated request through SMS / Helpline for discontinuation of the said facility, "No Action" has been taken till date.
    I would request your honour once again for the needful & shall wait for your response for a week, failing which I shall take it that you are not intrested in my utilising your services.

    on my vodaphone mobile number bearing number [protected] .This is Unjust, unfair and cheap trick by the Voda phone people .It amounts the act of robbery like pickpockets who rob money without owners knowledge.Please discontinue the caller tunes and stop immediately and refund the money charged by increasing my talk time value

    Same here . Vodafone India is charging me Rs 30/monthly for the last year for caller tunes.I am sure I have not consented to that.and the callertune that they have put is their advertisement.

    I spoke with them and they agreed to refund just one month.

    I really want to take this further... they have misused the trust that I had in them

    i have submited my id proof and address proff to vodafone stores they are telling that they dont give aknolegment and finally they stoped my survices and telling untill and unless you submit the documents we will not activate the mobile...

    I never applied for any caller tune but it automatically got activated on my number.
    I have also received sms for maintaining rs.30 balance. and this happened thrice I allways SMS to discontinue it but the deducted money was not returned.

    I have never applied for any such facility neither i am at all interested in this.

    I never seen this kind of network. Simply they rob money from customer without their nowledge. Otherwise they can go and beg road by road. I suggest you public people who are using vodafone network, who can use 10 rs recharge card. whenever is required just tear it and use it. Otherwise these vodafone 30 rs beggers will theft. These customer care people who sits there to solve the problem but they are creating the problem. Be careful customers, we are earning money by hardworking not like u. so please understand the customer emotion. I know you dont worried peoples incongestion. But one day personally u will face simlar kind of problem na then only you people are understand.

      Respected Sir,
      My name is Tom John Ambrose. I Took one Vodafone connection on 01-April-2008. Afternoon from AK Assosiates (Vodafone Mini Store) Shop No:5 Shantinagar, Thiruvananthapuram.695001. Sir My Connection :[protected].Get Activated on the same day After the Activation my i Recharged my connection on 100 Ruppes for the validity of one month.After that i had recharged my Sim (Kutty Recharge of 20 Ruppes) Thenafter a (Kutty Recharge of 10 Ruppes)Then last also (Kutty Recharge of 20 Ruppes).A Total Amount of 150 Rupees.After that i called at a maximum below of 10 Rupees. Now my balance showing 0.00 From the vodafone network. So The first day onwards i am very shoked with this Vodafone connection.If i use this connection i dont know how much money i will loose this is my First day experience with the Vodafone.Stopping this complaint letter with lot of thanks...

        Dear sir,
        I am harshal M K from chennai my vodafone number is [protected], i have put one bonus card to reduce my std rate. I put card at 7.12Pm on 31/03/08 i got the activation meesage from 140 with transaction ID CH[protected].
        Beliving that it will be got activated i made calles after 2 hr to my family and all, and loose my money as it did not got activated, when i call customer care they also dont know when it will get activate.
        Now all i can say is this is the worst, bad and poor mobile network i ever have.

        Please dont cheat the customer like this..

        The vodafone rate cutter Rs.14 is totally useless...Its seems like a cheating plan for the unaware customers...Booklet says 140 SMS free for 15 days...But it is not updated everyday, ione time updation for the whole 15days...

        As per the calculation... 10 paise per SMS eventhough...

        So, Kindly be flexible with the customers and dont encourage these kind of plans...

          Sir/Madam,

          I have arrived United States in the month of October '07. My Dad has submitted de-activation of my number [protected] after clearing all my outstanding bills in the Month of November '07 as i was not using this number any more. I have sent an email as well after clearing the the amount of de-activation of my number in the Month of November '07.In spite of all this i have been receiving bills till date even after several compliants given.

          Being in US it is not possible for me to contact in person and get this resolved.My dad has been following up but no one from Vodafone (Begumpet- Hyderbad) are taking corrective actions on this.

          As a pro active action, all my outstanding bills till 8th November 2007 have been cleared and also submitted a request through mail and in person (My Dad), but no action has been taken and bills have been sent till date.

          Please help me to lodge a complaint agaist vodafone on this regard.I'm not responsible for payment of these bills as there is no mistake my my end. I do have my mails as proof to submit.

            I am trying to find out how may decades does it take after sending "Start DND" to 1909 before I stop getting irritating calls from you.

            Really appreciate those calls in the middle of night.

            Vodafone — reactivation not don

            I replaced simcard on Sunday noon (15/03/2009) due to rejection of card. It is regrated that 36 hours past the same is not activated whis has to activate within 2 hours. Would I request you that what problem is occured not activated new card no is [protected] and phone no is [protected].

              Dear sir

              My name is Anupam Gupta.i m having a Vodafone number ([protected]) in prepaid plan. Few months back(dec 2007) I had a caller tune service unwillingly activated from your company and from the very first day I feel exploited my self. Last month they had deducted some amount as a service charge from my prepaid account balance without any intimation and today is 27/03/0/08 they are deducting Re1 daily from 26/03/08 without any information. I

              just want to ask one thing,

              are they know about 'RIGHT TO INFORMATION '.I just want to u that take quick action on my complaint and give my all the money back also I can not afford that caller tune in my phone any more this is my humble request to you also it will save time other wise who know how much time Consumer Forum will take. I just want my all the money deducted since December 2007 with interest, I m not asking for compensation and don't force me to take next step.Reply with in a week.

              I am ex postpaid customer vodafone services. My plan New Talk Plan 150 in one year rental from 13/3/2007 to 13/3/2008, (Payment Rs.1010/-). I Disconnection my line on February 4, 2008. (Which i already mail on dated 4/2/2008) to VODAFONECARE.[protected]@Vodafone.com. You are reply also, that it would be disconnect from 48 hrs.

              i fully endorse customer feedback posted on your site. Vodafone in particular, is resorting to inflated bills on post paid connections on account of Roaming, Gprs usage & downloads, local & Std calls. If the customer intends to dispute before paying the bill, he is handed out demands of late payment charges in subsequent bills. Service quality & attitude at their kiosks is pathetic. It was never experienced during the Hutch operations.

              The above person called up customer care no. 111 on 4th Jun 08 at about 9:22 AM while passing through Aligarh (U.P.) for about 16 Mins.



              The same was not reflected in the last bill.



              But same is being reflected in bill no [protected] dt. 15 Jul 08 amounting to Rs. 125.90 as roaming charges @ Rs. 7/min



              Whereas it should not be charged at all being it a toll free no.



              I am a corporate user of Vodafone. Recently, I was on a tour to Lucknow. I had some query, so i called up the customer care number "111" which i knew is a toll free no. For your so called toll free number i was charged Rs.7 per minute. Now, i need an explanation for this. When i came back, i called up the customer care number, but was not told the reason for the same. I spoke to Mr. Rishi Sharma and he just said it loudly that just because i was on roaming, i was charged. 7/- min. for talking to my service provider "where is it mentioned?”

              Vodafone mumbai Mobile phone — Harassment after paying bill before due date

              I am using[protected]Mumbai) Number since last couple of years of Vodaphone (earlier it was Hutch & before it was Orange). I have paid all my Bills regularly before due date. I have also paid my last bill no[protected] dated 11/07/2008 by check no-818611 dated 16/07/2008 drawn on Shamrao Vitthal co-op Bank Ltd. And same was debited on 19/07/2008 from my account.

              From last five to six days my service provider is harassing me by running a Voice message before out going call that I have not paid the bill and still My service is active but if I will not paid it earliest my service will got Discontinued ...bla..bla...bla...,

              When I called on customer care on 111 (which says "HAPPY TO HELP" but the Fact is different) on 15th Aug - 2008 morning I requested them that I have Paid the same bill on 17/07/2008 and which was debited to my account on 19th But I don't have any detail as my office is close today and as I am going on
              Tour with my family and friends I can provide the detail only on Tuesday(I.e On 19/08/2008) further I requested as I have paid all the bills before due Date within 4 to 5 years (since I get the connection) please don't run this Message as it will effect me in case o[censored]rgency and it also look bad if any Of my friend will use my phone. But that guy is not ready to listen anything When I demand to talk with senior management he rudely replied that they Will meet u after 7.30 only. Means they don't have courtesy to call back to Their such valued customer.(I am paying around Rs. 3000 to Rs. 4000per month As my bill amount).

              Yesterday I called on same customer care number and talk to Ms. Mathreda at Around 12.20 PM. She said rudely that our system is not updated so call After 2-3 hour. I was very much surprised with this kind of behavior. Than I called at 3.12 and talked to Mr. Manish on same number he took my details and also advise me to send sms with all detail with heading CHQ and gave me surity to solve the problem in two hours, I did the same and the reply came back that the chq number is wrong with 5 digit only where I hv send it with 6 digit. I have sent sms copy also.

              I request you to do the needful in this matter to help me out from this harrasement.

              I FEEL SO SORRY AND ASHAMED FOR BEING A VODAFONE CUSTOMER! YOU HAVE A VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE SUPORT. I SHOULD SAY YOU DONT HAVE IT AT ALL. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST ANYBODY TO HAVE A VODAFONE NUMBER. THERE IS NO MEANING IN HAVING A HUNDRED THOUSAND OFFER WITHOUT HAVING TO TALK TO AN CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE.               i am having a vodafone mobile and i dont feel proud at all of having a vodafone mobile becuase it has nothing . it offers nothin. i thought that this company is a reputed one but its all fake . niether it does provide a free sms local service nor does it offers any free local calls within the state .instead it reduces 1 re daily from my balance even after not using the cell for a day .soon this company would face extinction because they dont know the value of satisfying the customer.the name itself doesnt do the trick you hav to bring it into practice.try learning it from the relaince group.
              i strongly criticise vodafone prepaid service tat, , in my card the radiosetup was beenautomatically activated without any acknowledgement.. monthly 50 rupees rental was been taken .. it gradually reduced my account.. we are strongly disagreed with this.. i strongly advise u tat not to contniue this hence forth, , , ,

              I m using vodafone in Panchkula. My balance was deducted on 20th feb for the services MCI that I have never opted? I dont know even about this service MCI, then why i will opt this service. My number is [protected]. I had regestered a complaint for claiming my balance back on 21st feb. Vodafone customer care executive told me that my balance will be back with in 24 hours and my complaint number is [protected] . Now 3 days has passed, still i havnt get my balance back. After that i went to vodafone store manimajra. They said that my complaint was not regestered and yesterday my contact to customer care was also disconnected. Now i m not able to contact customer care. Vodafone is a big company, then why are they behaving like this with there customers. Its not the matter of only getting my balance back. But its the matter how you behave with your customers. So its my request to vodafone to give me my balance back, so that my trust on vadafone shall always remain.
              I am a vodafone customer for more then 5 yrs and I dont lost my job for the past 6 months cant pay a bill or 2000 so i settle it for 1000 once seeing my face they started asking me for full payment threatning my life..

              Vodafone India — Unwillingly activate service and Caller tune

              my name is Pankaj Bhardwaj and My phone no.is [protected]. I have a vodafone connection Over a 6-7 years.
              During this week, I had faced lot of problems through the Vodafone Service.they perform their duties unethically way and they want to make a profit only by cheat its customer. In this week, they activated hungama scheme on my mobile no. And I am using local set of nokia in which their is no chance to open a Internet in mobile and when I called in customer care. They said you are downloading files from Internet & my balance deducted Rs. 5/day and My balance goes to negative. If you know my balance in negative why they should not deactivate the service by ownself. If I don’t have a sufficient balance to call someone so that time, they said your balance is insufficient for this call plz recharge your card immediately I don’t understand what happened at the time of their service. I fed up with your company and in my family all the numbers are vodafone now I think that I will go for Mobile Portability Service and now unwillingly activated caller tune.
              I don't know what's wrong with this company.
              I think that they want to pay the Total remaining balance to Hutch by cheating the customer that's why they activated unwillingly service.
              I am writing to Consumer Forum not only to get my hard-earned refunded from Vodafone, but to protest against this fraud and cheating tactics adopted by Vodafone and shamelessly routing it to us saying that customer himself has requested it.

Where in i have not the payment confirmation. so have made the payment oonce again on 8th. when i checked with bank, i was been told by them that the amount was been credited to vodafone on 7th itself.                     I called the customer care phone no. 111, to get some information about my world calling card . I spoke to an executive Mr.Aniket Yadav, but he was not able to solve my querries.
                    Then i received a msg from the company asking me that whether i was satisfied with the executive or not. I replied with "No".
                    Mr. Aniket Yadav called me back and hurled abuses at me and threatened me that he would send musslemen to get back at me.
                    He threatened further to block my sim card.
                    He repeatedly called me and threatened me, calling from the mobile no.[protected] at 1:02 pm, 16th March'08.
                    He told me he was calling from: C-45, Phase-2, Industrial Area, Okhla.
                    When i tried to complain at the call center nobody helped me, and my complain was not registered.
                    If strict and prompt action is not taken I will be forced to move to Consumer Forum for further course of action.
                    I Hope that my complain would be readily addressed.

                        I was using a zero rental plan for Vodafone -GPRS. I needed GPRS settings for a new handset for which I called Vodafone Customer Care(111) and they fraudulently asked me to send a message to activate a Vodafone Package instead of the correct message for the GPRS settings. I realised the fraud in my last bill and stopped the service but they have charged me again for the whole month since I had discontinued the service during the beginning of this billing month. The customer care I spoke to in February confirmed that the Customer Care executive had given wrong information, but the one I spoke to today (Virendra[protected] rudely said it was my mistake.
                        I too have been given wrong information by vodafone executives and then billed a ridiculous amount. the executives are ill informed and unable to do anything except apologising and asking you to pay up.

                        When you demand to speak to a manager, they simply put you on hold for close to half and hour at a stretch hoping you would be too fed up to bother again.

                          I am Jitendra Sharma I am using a Vodafone number [protected], I paid my Vodafone bill before due date on 09/03/2008 through my Citibank credit card but my payment still not updated . I contact Vodafone customer care 10-15 time to resolve this problem but they never help me, I already sent my credit card statement which show bill payment detail also, I am vary frusted from Vodafone call center executive everyday they call me 2-3 time for my due amount which one I already paid before due date, I have 2-3 contact no. of vadafone executive which coordinate with me from 5-6 day to solve this problem but they not response me properly, please tell me what should I do because I try everything i also log a complaint through email on [protected]@vodafone.co.in but I was no got any reply from their side, I try with every type email, fax, call but rather than they solving my problem they increase my problem, my outgoing calls are also barring I am vary frusted with Vodafone services.

                          I would like to share that this is the worst experience of life I had with vodafone in the updation of the bill. I made payment thru credit card on 18th march of rs 1300.                             I am a senior citizen lady. I bought a prepaid vodafone sim of 1 year validity for Rs498 on 1st March 2008 from an authorised vodafone ministore on VIP road kolkata and was using the balance talktime with very limited outgoing calls or sms. The voda perhaps didn't like my thrifty use and on 27th march at 12-24-37 pm suddenly sent an sms " The ckt offer has been activated on your vodafone mobile phone, monthly rent of Rs 99 hasbeen deducted from your balance".                             Accept viewing the above two sms I haven't even touched my mobile and they are saying I have "successfully subscribed" voda's monthly cricket and that even at this age and being an old lady. I became alarmed and went to the last voda sms's reply mode and sent at 12-29-24 pm " U r wrong. I havn't subscribed". Voda replied "Hello, you have entered the wrong key word. Please enter the desired key word and sms to 56789." Though they said that I enterd wrong keyword their activation continued
                            and from 27th 12-30 pm onward Iam continously receiving the annoying intermittent ringing of incoming sms for no fault of mine.
                            I am used to BSNL services and have never faced this type of notoriety. BSNL though have improved a lot in their service may still have some lacunae in its service but I have never heard of such 3rd rate baniya attitude with BSNL.
                            After that I talked with voda's customer service but accept some hollow courteous assurances, they couldn't do any thing. The customer care informed that the matter will be finalised within 31st compelling me to suffer this annoyance for 3/4 days more.
                            I long these nuisences with the customers will continue.
                            Can any body suggest how I can lodge complaint on this to TRAI and consumer court. Please help.

                            Yes please complain to TRAI and share the details of what you did.. I will do the same. Thugs like Vodafone should not be allowed to get away like this ripping people off. Vodafone is a UK company. In UK, they will never do anything because they know people will not tolerate such crap. In India, they think we are still their colony and can take whatever they serve on a platter. This has to stop. Kick those out of India.. make them pay. Chuck your Vodafone sIM in the garbage. Say no to firangi companies who have no business ethics.. Bunch of thiefs...

                                I have been using Hutch / Vodaphone Prepaid Mobile No. [protected] since Nov, 2004.

                                During the past 6 months or so, I have been constantly bombarded with unsolicited marketing / sales calls and SMSs which is proving to be a real irritant and is creating lot of inconvenience to me. Also, on couple of occasions, my account has been unanimously debited by Rs. 30/- / Rs. 25 etc. Initially, I ignored it thinking that by mistake it would have occurred but to my dismay such occurrences did not stop and I had to approach your outlet at S.V. Road, Malad (W) to complain about this and once they credited Rs. 21 but balance Rs. 9 (service charge) they did not.

                                In spite of numerous verbal complaints to your outlets in Hypercity, Link Road, Malad (West) and S.V. road, Malad (W) still this type o[censored]nsolicited messages and amounts are getting debited to my account. For the last couple of days, my account has been unilaterally debited as under :

                                24/3/08 Available balance Cr. Rs. 167

                                24/3/08 : Dr. 31
                                25/3/08 : Dr. 25
                                26/3/08 : Dr. 30
                                26/3/08 Cr. 30

                                26/3/08 Available balance : 111

                                From the above you will observe that during the past 24 hours, my account has been debited with Rs. 56 on the pretext of “downloading caller tunes” which was not requested.

                                I ask you to immediately take strict action against whoever is responsible for these acts within the next 48 hours and inform me in writing failing which, I will be constrained to take up this matter further as deemed fit including approaching the Consumer Redressal Court and the media.

                                This type of occurrences could not have happened without the knowledge and concurrence of Vodaphone and whatever excuses or justification, which are being provided by your sales / service agents do not carry much weight.

                                In view of what is mentioned above, I immediately request you to acknowledge receipt of this letter and take corrective remedial steps to ensure that in future no such unsolicited messages / SMS and unauthoriised amounts are deducted from my account.

                                Vodafone Prepaid — Unsolicited deductions for services not requested

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                Vodaphone Chandigarh is stealing from it's prepaid mobile users!!!!
                                Surprising! How Vodaphone Chandigarh is stealing funds from it's prepaid subscribers! It seems they have targets to accomplish! They are cheating by sending SMS that your service is activated as per your request, when one has not asked for it.
                                Even after complaining to them to stop the service the money is not refunded. We are at their mercy as we prepay them.
                                In one day they deducted Rs. 90 for 3 services that my wife did not subscribe.
                                Their was a call from sales staff who introduced himself by a certain name, when told to stop calls and refund the deducted amt. and warned of consequences and to give his name to make complaint against him. He gave another false name.

                                Vodafone — Unrequested Services added for prepaid number and money deducted

                                I have a prepaid number from vodafone. Today(26/05/2010) suddenly I received a message saying that my caller tune has been activated. When I dd not put any such request in. When I sent an sms saying I want to cancel it. I received a message saying 30 rs has been deducted from my account for monthly charges. That was not all I also receive another message saying ASTRO has been activated for my number and 30 rs has been deducted for that too. I never asked for those things. I have no idea how these got activated.

                                If there is some way vodafone can restore my balance they should. Or atleast the public should know about these cheatings by the service providers

                                      Hi All,

                                      My name is Sachin, and I am using a Vodafone post paid conncetion for last one year. Twice in 4 months duration services to my phone connection were barred even after paying the monthly bill. In decemeber, I paid my cell Vodafone phone (# [protected]) bill (amt: Rs. 2420) thru cheque to collection agent. started receiving the message please pay your bill, so I called up the agent, he told that bill has been paid and due amount is zero. So I checked my bank account statement, it did not reflect in it and then called the Vodafone customer care but they failed to provide me any information about it. And on 17 Dec morning I received a SMS that services has been barred, To avoid further hassles, I paid the bill thru Credit card via IVR, then too I didn’t received a confirmation SMS. After enquiring the customer care, I received 2 SMSs confirming that its being processed, but no confirmation about the payment. Next day I received a 2 SMSs that the bill amount has been credited but still my calls were barred. Meanwhile I called the customer 4-5 times all the customer executive said that there is no due balance and the services will start within 1 hr, 2 hr, immediately. Even one of them said that his senior will call me back, but no one reverted.

                                      After the cheque expirence, I opted for the ECS facility in March, again one day morning I noticed that my outgoing calls have barred. SO chechked with the customer care the said that they have note recived my bill payment. Then checked my bank account statement which showed that bill amount was deducted. For 2 days I followed with customer care to chekc up whats wrong now. Even I submitted them the Transcation Id of ECS, they gave only one answer that the payment is not updated, please call after 24 hours. Still they have resolve the problem 20 days for them to update the payment, strange. Vodafone is solely responsible for losses I have to bear. . If required I could present all the SMS interaction with Vodafone.

                                      Hi,

                                      I had a vodafone post paid number till last night i.e. 31/03/2009.
                                      When i woke up today the sim wasn't working. i checked with the Vodafone center at thakur village and the customer service lady made me wait a good 15 minutes while she consulted her seniors.

                                      Then she asked me whether the mobile number was being used for tele marketing purpose to which i refused. She wanted me to give in writing that the number isn't used ffor tele marketing purposes.
                                      Instead of giving such a baseless letter i found it better to discontinue the phone.

                                      I realised after seeing the current bill that i had used the number very sparsely for making calls. I had made use of the 10 ps / sms scheme most of the time. But it was never ever used for tele marketing.

                                      Would like to know from Vodafone authorities how they have came to this assumption.

                                      Or do they feel that the customer who isn't using the phone connection for calling is of no use.

                                      Vodafone — Barred calls even when payment was made

                                      We have 7 (Seven) CUG connections under A/C no 5.11847 Payment for all 7 numbers was made for April 2011 Bill on 11.05.2011 (due date 19.05.2011) at Vodafone Center, Mangaldas Road, Pune 411 001. All seven numbers are under our company name Aircool Services and one cheque was paid for total amount for 7 numbers.
                                      Vodafone credited entire amount against one number and barred all outgoing calls for other 6 numbers for good 8 days.
                                      Inspite of various emails & calls to their CC they did not restore connections. In normal course also we find that their network is busy. In our opinion the services are being barred claiming ignorance fraudulently as they are giving probably 10 times more connections than their network can handle. It is high time that Telecom Regularity Authority investigates so that general public is not fleeced.

                                        Hi,

                                        I am using Vodafone (Hutch) from last 5 years and I am using postpaid plan of N-399 from last two years or more.
                                        I was not having much usage according to this plan but I opted this plan for my future as I heard that this plan is for limited period.
                                        My some of the future objectives for opting this plans were:

                                        1. Using 1000 free Hutch to Hutch STD calls when my friends and family members will be working out of station.
                                        2. Using 1000 free local Hutch to Hutch when my wife and parents will be having a cell phone.
                                        3. Using 1000 free local SMS, by sending to my family and friends.

                                        At that time when I opt this plan, I was not using the above facilities as none of my family members or friends were out of station and my family members were not having cell phone. But still I paid more than I needed for just using the above features in future when required.

                                        But shockingly Vodafone has changed my tariff plan's features and the whole scenario is now changed.
                                        Now some of my family members are out of station and are having vodafone numbers BUT now I do not have any free STD or local calls to Vodafone numbers.

                                        By this change of plan, Vodafone had ruined my investment of holding this plan for future use.

                                        Vodafone just sent me one SMS to inform this change of plan and I was shocked and felt cheated after I read that SMS.

                                        I too am a vodafone customer since 3 years now and due to high local call usage and a moderate STD usage, used the 399 plus plan, and today i realised that the company has modified the plan to remove the 1000 hutch to hutch local free minutes and they have also removed 1000 free hutch to hutch sms's.
                                        when i spoke to their representative on customer care, he said that the plan never had any of these features t all.

                                        Highly unprofessional and a pathetic customer service.
