Iam moving out of station so iam unable to used the connection I have always faced problems with this connection & i m no longer in mood to continue this
i have called up customer care and infomed them to cancelled the connection but still there are generating the bill so i cant pay the bill for 1month usage kindly take my deposited amount of Rs:-500 and close it

I had vodafone postpaid connection for [protected], I submitted the request to deactivate it in 11th april-2016, and then even after continuous follow up to customercare and everyone else, that connection not deactivated. and they are still generating the bills (I don't live in India any more). May you please help me to solve this issue.

vodafone may be largest network because it is so difficult to get out of the service!.someone should look into this urgently as customers are held to ransom by forcing them to hold on to a connection, which they are no longer interested in having. what is TRAI doing?why we should not get out of a service when we no longer want it, for whatever reason. will someone help me to get out of my connection no [protected] and the associated sim as per red plan.

Automatically activated internet plan

I am raising concern regarding additional charges applied for the my mobile number by an automatically activated internet plan without any request. Please let me know how this plan is activated on my phone. I am really not happy with this being a privileged customer for a long time now.

Charging Rs. 99 for my postpaid unnecessarily for d2c mazaa

Vodafone has billed me unnecessarily for download charges without any warning for my Post-paid bill for Rs.99.
