Sir/Madam
I travel in Volvo 500 K,KB etc everyday morning . Just wanted to bring to your notice the below points...
- The Bus driver (500KB - Bus number 2126) is very rash and applies the brakes often very harsly
- He is not a friendly person at all , keeps shouting at people in the bus.
- He sometimes takes short routes and skips important stops.
- Plays the radio very loudly most of the time. Everyone prefers the FM to be played softly because some people listen to thier own music through headphones and some o[censored]s are attending meetings on Phones.Please request all the Volvo Bus drivers to play music but softly.
- Can keep AC also controlled (not very high or low) , that is moderate.
Please consider all these points and inform the driver to behave normally. Please mention these points to all just as a message. Otherwise most of the drivers/conducters are well behaved and overall service is good.
Last point is that we need some Volvo buses to operate till Wipro sarjapur office. It would defintely help us very much. Atleast few routes can go upto Sarjapur office and come back to Ring road.
