Today 20 September 2023. I was travelled from Jaipur to Delhi in 3pm bus. According to the time table the bus reach at Delhi after 5 to 6 hours likely between 9 to 10 pm but the driver drive the bus very slow nd it seems like he is unprofessional nd quite afraid to drive the bus. As, result the bus arrived at Delhi bus stop at 12:20 am . Also, he came from the wrong route where the road is under diversion nd too much rush of vehicles. I choose...

Yesterday, i.e. 15th July 2015, the volvo from Gurgaon to Chandigarh started at 8:00pm. The conductor of the bus flatly refused to stop at Ambala City highway inspite of me travelling frequently and getting down at the same. I got down at Kashmere Gate to use the washroom after informing him bt he did not wait for me and started the bus before I returned. I ran after the bus to catch it. HI Sir ,
In my journey on 4dec2011,from Chandigarh bus stand till Gurgaon,at 11.30 pm in a Volvo bus numbering Hr 68 7252, conductor took the fare Rs 600 till gurgaon but gave me the ticket till delhi which is approx Rs 510,and the rest of Rs90 went straight into his pocket,the conductor was quite thin and stood 6 feet 2-3 inches tall.
Kindly take a strict disciplinary action against such kind of cheating with the state government.br...

I travel in Volvo 500 K,KB etc everyday morning . Just wanted to bring to your notice the below points...

- The Bus driver (500KB - Bus number 2126) is very rash and applies the brakes often very harsly

- He is not a friendly person at all , keeps shouting at people in the bus.

- He sometimes takes short routes and skips important stops.

- Plays the radio...
