Voter I Card — Not received voter I card number HR/06/52/0568771

Dear Sir/Madam

I have not recieved my voter i card number HR/06/52/0568771, constituency name is Faridabad and constituency code is 89 and booth number is 73.

My spouse has visited local election office in sector-12 faridabad number of times and thay say that only duplicate voter i card acn be issued but they don't have the facility to do so. Always they say to wait for next month but the next month never comes.

Please help me to get the voter i card before general elections.
