Dear Sir, I KNOW MY MAIL IS VERY LONG BUT I AM REALLY FRUSTRATE PLZ SOLVE MY PROBLEM
With very heavy heart i want to inform you about the system used by your voter i card department ..As you have written to create a truly citizen friendly system and no doubt in higher level you might be applying that but its very pathetic for a citizen who have applied for VOTER I CARD in the month of september and yet not received .
Actually i m very frustrated as they said the icard will be sent to your respective house within a month we waited for the same, after 2 months when we inquired we got to know that in place of W/O, D/O was mentioned and after filling the complete form and after the verification by your officers the form was accepted still my complete address was not mentioned ...Was it our fault Sir?
After correction we resubmitted the form and they said it will be sent to your house still we haven't received it, few days earlier a lady carried the voter i card to A block and sitting on a place she distributed while we are in H block ok but without any prior information we cannot go and collect ...it was her responsibility to come but she didn't come she is doing her duty but isnt it incomplete ..your officials sitting in the office dont even care to give appropriate response to the customer standing next to them if there printing machine is not working they just take 10 days time ..even if we r in along queue they just dont wait for 5 mints sitting inside they just dont answer in yes or no .its ok they are highly punctual about d time but what about their commitment, perfection of their work they cant type even the correct name and address .they gave their contact no.to inquire but when we called up they said we can not give any detail whether the card is ready or not ready u have to come to the office, then also i[censored] go in first half they say distribution is done between 3 to 5 come later they dont even dare to check ..again it comes if they have made the rules of punctuality then atleast they should be punctual in their works also.
Sir, i hope the one thing comes "sarkari kaam aise hi hote hain ...but kab tak" I dont know how much my mail will be effective and even i havn't visited other offices except molarband branch Badarpur .I know if we have to make our work done we have to go round and round to the offices but why unnecessary ..as u have written in your website regarding customer satisfaction that's why i have written this mail pls tell me if this type of work facility u provide how any customer can be satisfied .
