I have ordered Reliance USB on 26th Dec 2009 for the cost of Rs.2250/- through net banking and paid on the same day. I checked with my bank account it was deducted, its confirmed. But I have not received the product till date. Mr Anil singh and Mr Munendra Kumar both of them on this deal. I tried to contact the phone ([protected]) has not picked up. I think they are cheating the customer. Legal action must be taken against this bogus web site & the culprits.

I have got a reliance data card online. After that no one is responding to the call and the data card is not yet activated. And the worst thing is when I called the customer care they that application is not even updated in the DB. I got releiance data card from Vriti infocom thru nectconnet india. but their service is worse. after reciving the device it took 3 weeks for me to activate and now i came to know that the data card they have offered me is already in somebody elses name. the seal box that i have received had a MDN number but on confirmation with reliance cutomer care i got to know that the mdn number printed on the box containing the device is not matching with the actual device mdn number... now i cannot use this data card since it will be a fraudulent activity to use the same. i suggest to my fellow indian consumers please dont buy anythg from VRITI as you will land up into all sorts of illegal activities unknowingly

Finall I had to pay an amount of 3500/- to get broadband.
Another scam they did was that they told me the plan was 750/- per month for unlimited data usage.
Today I received a cal from reliance bombay, they tell me its 2GB per month for 750/-
Come on guys, we have got to do something about these cheaters. What I can propose is that I want to do some serious damage to them and I will put in all the time it requires to teach these guys a lesson.
what I want from you guys is the moral support and advice.
Please suggest me the line of action that I can take e.g.
- should I go to the police and register a formal complaint against Vriti or
- should I lodge a complaint at consumer forum
And additionally, all o[censored]s can collectively approach reliance and tell them about the fraud that these cheaters are doing by using the name of RELIANCE/ AIRTEL / CAVENUE etc
I am going to put these cheaters out of business, no matter how long it takes.

There is zero response since long time. after all required documents I have submitted then why the heal its not getting activated properly. every now and then I have to call dinesh on [protected] and I get the reply that I have forwarded to my seniors.are those seniors taking free salary from vriti and are vriti taking free payment against non-activation from reliance communication. their is no response from vriti and reliance am feed-up making calls to you all.i need the activation on priority or give my money back.

I am Rahul Shrimali and had made a transaction through Vriti infocom for reliance broadband+ datacard. There has been two issues that I had with them and are stated below.

On 25 Feb.2011 I received a call from customer care from reliance for Net connecter I gave my address and twice confirmed that can you provide Internet connection in my area as I stay in Loni Kalbhor Kadam Wasti Gulab Manzil Pune-412201 I was confirmed from customer care representative yes we provide service in your area.
After that I purchased Reliance Net connecter and I was told it would be activated within 24 hrs I paid RS 1600 to Rajesh and same confirmed with Gautam. On 26th Feb 2011 Evening when my connection was not active Vivek told that we do not provide service in your area.
I told Vivek if you do not provide service in my area why was this not told me while purchasing this Net connecter.
After Paying Money you are telling service is not there that means you are doing Fraud with me.

A sales person from Vriti Interactive has sold the reliance netconnect + data card and vanished without providing the support to get connected.Reliance service provider they are very irresponsible to record the issue and provide solution.They are the pathetic service providers.
