I had booked a Vehicle Make TVS APACHE 160CC RTR the LR NO. is[protected] dated 17 apr 2008. from VRL Logistics Yelahanka Branch Bangalore to VRL Logistics BarakatPur Hyderabad Branch, which cost me Rs 1900 and Rs 200 towards packaging. The vehicle was received by me on 21 apr 2008, in a very bad shape with one mirror missing (Right side Mirror) and the tank has been dented (it seems there were some other heavy boxes etc placed on the tank causing lots of scratches and dents). The oil pipe and assembly has been cut off from the petrol tank. The rear handles have worn out ( seems due to heavy boxes etc placed on the bike the chrome paint has worn out making it look very old. The Wind wisor over the head light has been broken.
It seems the VRL Logistics people are not professional to carryout
such jobs of vehicle transportation etc and has caused me a lot of agony and pain as their response to my queries are vague and harsh. Being a Senior citizen it has caused a lot of mental and physical anguish to me. The staff of this company has the habit of asking for bribes over packing and delivery, it seems my denial has cost me so dearly. Now it will cost me another Rs 1500 to get my vehicle repaired. Your advice over the matter is eagerly awaited.
Hope I will get justice and a remedy for the anguish and pain caused.
