1. I am Gp Capt Pushpendra Kumar working with Indian Air Froce residing at 634 Chandanwari Apts, Plot -8, Sec-10 Dwarka.
2. Believing in principle of obtaining services from original product manufacturer, I approached Sankhya Consultants Pvt Ltd for an yearly servicing of my window air conditioner.
3. The mechanic sent did not seem to be very clue full as the work he did was not very clean and he washed ac without taking any precautions which resulted in pcb of remote going unserviceable.
4. It took great skills to convince the Sankhya Consultants to send mechanic again to attend the problem. The mechanic reached after defaulting on many promises to reach.
5. Even after this visit air conditioner which was working perfectly earlier, does not operate with remote and fan makes unwanted noise today. Mind you, mechanic sent operated air conditioner for checking serviceability before removing from window for servicing for the first time.
6. I request you to intervene to restore my faith in LG product and the services provided by its authorized dealers. Was this information helpful? |

I would like to comment on this complaint as i am not at all agree with MR. Pushpendra Kumar.
1.) I am Varun Sharma working as a Website Developer with NethuesTechnologies locating at Rohini Sector 3.
2) Having heard many good things about Sankhya Consultants Pvt Ltd, i have purchased a LG 1.5 ton air conditioner for my home in Ashok Vihar from Sankhya. This was in summer of 2007.
3) Its been two years since my purchase and i am very happy with their after sale services. i have chosen sankhya as i know they are not just sale dealers but they are sales and service dealers.
4) I am higly satisfied with their after sale services. In two years my AC has been serviced two or three times and i am not having any kind of problem with my air conditioner.
5) I would rate the service guys or technicians send by Sankhya Consultants as good (Atleast in my case they were fine.)
In the end i just wanted to say i am happy with the services provided by Sankhya Consultants Pvt Ltd and really looking forward in dealing with them in future.
