My Window Airconditioner was insured under householders policy with new india assurance co.ltd. The same has stopped cooling and ''cooling coil'' was replaced and gas filling was done by the service centre of LG. Now the new india assurance co.ltd is saying that this is ''normal wear and tear'' and rejected my claim. Is new india assurance co.ltd is right to do....

2. Believing in principle of obtaining services from original product manufacturer, I approached Sankhya Consultants Pvt Ltd for an yearly servicing of my window air conditioner.
