[Resolved]  Woodland Shoes — Repair / Replacement under warranty

I want Repair of Woodland Men's Camel Casual Shoes-580108 in Hyderabad

Sir, I purchased two Woodland sandals at a time. So one sandal I used daily and 2nd kept aside to wear occasionally. When i started wearing 2nd sandal it has some manufacturing defects, therefore it doesn't look good. So, I want to replace it, is it possible? Or I will get repaired

Sir, The Woodland She 43 No, purchased from Sector 17 B worth of Rs 2500 from Woodland Shoe Store Sector 17 B in July 2016 through proper bill & which has has been kept in safe custody, of which the sole of both the shoes Cracked in two parts within the Guarantee/Warrantee period. Please replace that, Otherwise I will Sue in Consumer redressal Forum for seeking justice .

I bought new pair of shoe, from one of your retailer at Sahara Mall, Gurgaon with TIN Number- [protected], with bill nubmer- DO37CSH[protected]. i bought it on[protected], wear it for nearly 7-8 time and it detached from the side.

I noticed there are cracks occurring in sole of shoes.I submitted to nearest shop South EX, Part 1, New Delhi, the retailer and he refused to replace it and said that he can send my pair of shoe to the office for repair. the shoes return to store as it was within warranty period and showroom people was kind enough to accept my claim.I got an information from showroom within a week that my shoes is repaired and can collect it from woodland showroom(South Ex Part One, New Delhi ). After 10th day I got the same shoe with some repair work. I tried reasoning with showroom manager to give me identical footwear in exchange of the faulty one that I had been sold, instead of repaired shoes. They did not agree to this request on the grounds that it is against their rules. I went to the shopkeeper several times and complained about the shoe but he straightly replied that he cant do anything about it and said THE COMPANY DOES NOT CARE IF ANY COMPLAINTS COME AND ASKED.
Please let me know whether I have purchase new shoe or you have replace it And I wasted my money to get this type of waste product. In future I don’t want lose my money to buy this low quality of woodland product.
If this is the condition of WOODLAND, than its worthless to buy and spend this much on WOODLAND.

Please take right decision to resolve the problem.

Currently the Duplicate of the Woodland shoes is coming in market.
the problem we all are facing is the main concern.
Hope you all got the point.
so if shopkeeper are not giving update in 5-7 working days.
you can go and take on them what is the problem.
for every purchase they are getting the money.and if any issue is there just ask them take self responsibilty that you are going to courier but need the work done.
what ever you get cost, just detect from payment remaining.

Hi sir I perched sandals in Flipkart so I am eligible for damages repair service.

Sir, I have bought a woodland leather boot SHODTGCCZFFGKN3Z from flipkart.com and after a couple of weeks it's lays buckle got broke. I thought it was a good idea to buy a woodland boot due to the high durability and good quality service, but I was wrong. It has very poor quality and when I went to the service center they are denied service of the product because I bought it from online Store. I'm never ever buying any woodland product again.

I have purchased four shoes and one sandle from M/S AERO CLUB (N 100), Woodland Store, , Ground Floor Yash Plaza Tikaram Mandir Near Center Point, Aligarh (UP). Among of these one shoes found stitching problem and this shoes is under warranty period. I went to same Woodland Store and complaint about it he has taken my shoes and said for wait some of days. After 20 days I again visited that Store and ask about that he has replied that shoes has been replaced but I have to pay additional amount of Rs. 1500/- for new same shoes because when this shoes had been purchased then this shoes was in discount but now this is in new arrival.

Hence I would like to ask you regarding the product replacement policy because this is company policy when discount is given or not now I have purchased product any rate and company has allowed to replace therefore why we pay additional money we want same product without any cost. The repairing slip is attached for your reference.

I am your good and old customer so please replace my shoes without any cost.

I buy woodland shoes from an authorised shop in ernakulam, kerala before 3years back.now its one of the lace hole hook is broken, thereby i cant use may shoes...I lost its purchasing bill

What can i do to repair? i am ready to pay

Sir i am a woodland user for almost 10years got shoes slippers even belt of wood land. I got 1 slipper almost 8 years its good in condition i liked that slipper lot. Got lot of memories that slipper i need to know can i repair it bcoz its sole not good now. I got a new one too abot 6 months but old one always better for me can anyone tell where can i do repair can i do it in showrooms i live in thrivandrum.
