I have a VERY SERIOUS COMPLAINT against 2 things.
1. BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF
2. PURCHASE OF FOOTWARE - DEFECT.
DETAILS:
1. BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF - I had bought footware from the WOODLAND STORE, 573, J M ROAD, DECCAN GYMKHANA, PUNE.
You Manager/ Staff "SUSHIL KUMAR" is a very rude and harsh guy. He is the WORST in CUSTOMER SERVICE and NON -CO-OPERATIVE guy. It seems to wants to SHOO... away the customers and ask them to go to different stores for resolution. There was a problem in the footware and I took it to him. He rudely told me that it cant be changed and he told me to go to other branches in wanoworie and get this matter solved than coming to him. Since I have bought the footware from J M Road Branch, I obviously will go there to solve my footware problem. When I asked for his name and number, he said he WONT give me his name on the CUSTOMER CARE SLIP. SOMETHING MAJOR HAS TO BE DONE AGAINST THIS GUY ELSE I WILL REPORT IT TO THE CONSUMER COURT.STRICT ACTIONS HAVE TO BE TAKEN AGAINST SUSHIL KUMAR with the BIHARI ACCENT.
2. PURCHASE OF FOOTWARE - DEFECT - I had bought a footware,
DESCRIPTION: GP 0892110Y13 DBROWN 42 FOOTWARE (LEATHER) @ Rs 1, 895. TIN NO [protected]V.
Since the time I have bought the chappals/ footware from the store it had a painful Sole. Along with the strap, which was very painful which caused a swelling on my toe. I had a SLIPPER BITE... which i have never heard before. This is a SHOW BITE, but these chappals gave me a slipper bite.
Few days back the strap came out while walking and since then it is kept. Its been few months since I have bought the sandals and they are of NO USE now.
I gave it to the store to correct the sandals or replace it
SOLUTION EXPECTED:
a. Change of the sandals with new once of SAME PATTERN. (This is a major defect in the sandals)
b. Reimbursement of the whole amount
c. I will buy a new one in exchange of those bad chappals
of DIFFERENT PATTERN. (If there is any extra amount to be paid, i am ready to pay on the higher price of the chappals.)
WARNING: IF this thing is not sorted out ASAP, I will it to the CONSUMER COURT & also complain POLICE for the fraud and bad service SUSHIL KUMAR is giving. I AM GIVING YOU GUYS A WEEKS TIME TO RESOLVE THE WHOLE ISSUE.

I Sachin Kamble, had purchased a pair of shoes of Woodland, from one of your Woodland Store, Seawoods. Navi Mumbai. On dated 10/11/13 & faulty returned on dated 6th feb 14 due I was not in Mumbai, I went at Pune for the official work, once I returned back in Feb month for my birth day celebration with my family that time I had returned to store those faulty pair. In that 3 months period I have use those shoes only for 7 to 8 times.
But those pair of shoes are faulty and one of it is bend, which impacts a pain in my foot. I had visited the same store, lots of time with this complaint but never got a satisfaction reply from them. Store in charge had sent those shoes to Delhi, to their manufacture department for inspection, but they rejected to replace it, without a genuine reply.
I have a feel bad experience with woodland and have taken an oath not to recommend this Brand to anyone. Customer Care don't have any manners to talk with the customer, I don't know why these people are sitting.
This is the first time i purchased this banded footwear and had bitter experience by paying so much for the footwear. As per Customer care those are physically damaged but seriously i have received the faulty from store end.
Could you please look into this issue and do the needful?

Respected sir/ medam 01 December I dropped a mail to u all most two and half moth back till to day from company no one contacted me and not solved my problem. I hope atleast I will get the response from your side.

Few months back I had bought shoes from your outlet and as these was some issue I had given it for repair and i followed you people to send the shoes through courier and manager said you have been tied up with DTC courier service and not tied up with the professional courier.and told me to send the scanned copy of the receipt and there was no response even after doing that.
I am staying around 500 km from Bangalore. and when i came second time to Bangalore on some official work and went to shop asking for shoes with the receipt manager was told that its been long time we don't know where the shoes are and now the manager has been changed so we cant process with the old orders .
We spend thousands together money to buy your product and you people are thinking to send it through the professional courier and no proper response even after so many follow ups through mails and personal visit to the shop.
With the great concern and the respect over the popularity of your product i am personally dropping you mail to help me on this. Else i will make it viral and i had to take next step over this.

Somehow the length of the shoe get increased and it is completely uncomfortable now. I went to showroom and asked for replacement, but he said he will not replace and instead he will repair the shoe.
