I HAD LAUNCHED A COMPLAINT IN MONTH OF OCTOBER AGAINST A PAIR OF WALKER WHICH HAD WORN OUT THE COLOR OF THE SOLE WAS ON THE FOOT AND THE SURFACE HAD BECOME ROUGH UR COMPANY TOLD THE SHOP KEEPER TO SEND IT FOR REPAIR AFTER LODGING THE COMPLAIN BUT THE SHOPKEEPER GAVE ME THE PAIR JUST POLISHED WITH THE SURFACE ROUGH AS IT IS THE SALESMAN SAID THAT THE OWNER DIDNOT SEND IT TO UR COMPANY AND HAD DONE POLISHING LOCALLY AFTER TELLING THAT TO THE SHOPKEEPER HE SAID THAT COMPANY TOLD HIM TO REPAIR IT LOCALLY I TOLD HIM TO GIVE ME IN WRITING BUT HE REFUSED THIS PROCESS HE MADE ME RUN TO HIS SHOP 4 TIMES WHENEVER I WENT THEY COULDNT FIND PAIR THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD DELIVER IT TO MY HOME IN HASTE I FORGOT TO GET THE REPAIR RECIEPT THEN AGAIN THEY MADE ME WAIT FOR 3O MINS I REALLY AM FED UP I TOLD THEM U HAVE MADE IT HECTIC THEN THEY SAID U R WORRIED ONLY FOR RS1500 WALKER PEOPLE BUY 4000 RS SHOE ..HE SAID WAS HUMULIATING DOES WOODLAND TREAT CUSTOMERS ACCORDING TO THE RATE OF SHOES ?

I have purchased a pair of beautiful shoes, model No. GC0596108 size 42 color, Mrp, 2795, No of Pcs/Pairs-02, date of purchase 20/03/2012.

I got some portion of skin got badly wounded near my heel, the portion of the shoe internally stitch has torn out.
This is because of the internal shoe design may be there would be something wrong in the design of the shoe.
we are purchasing the shoe only for the brand, our expectation is very high, now i can, t wear the shoe, i am using wood land shoe from last 10 years, it is first time i am facing problem like this, what can I do, I do not know, my friends suggesting me to published a complaint in Internet media and to file case against wood land. So finally I decided to intimate you first, wood land is very costly shoe it not ordinary shoes, we love the brand so that only we are purchasing it. In our islands there is no showroom, when ever we are being to Chennai, we used to purchase wood land shoe, we are very ordinary people.

Bombay Footwear — Not Providing Bill of sold product
Dear Sir,I Masood Faisal S/o Akhlaq Ahmad visited bombay footwear shop today and selected 3 different available product of Relaxo Flite and asked the shop Keeper for the bill/Invoice/Cash Memo. First they told me that i have to pay extra tax if they provide bill but as per the price tag MRP is mention inclusive of all Taxes. at the same time shop keeper uses abusive language in front of minor kid.
First i request the consumer forum they check out the product. are they selling right product of the company?
Secondly i request the Consumer Forum check out the matter regarding non providing of Bill/Invoice/Memo. Are they filling ITR?
Woodland Shoes — Defect
The shoes which I have purchased from Woodlands show Room Palakkad for INR2000 plus,Kerala are irregular in design ( right shoe) which can be visible at first sight.When i complained about it with in two days they said nothing can be done once the product is taken out of show room.What should I do. I have purchased WOODLAND Model 0466107Y12 from BHUJ, Gujrat and within 15 days one metal eyelet has been failed. in next 65 days sole adhesive also failed in both the shoes.
