I have bought Worldspace subscription. i had ordered one online and received the set on 28th Nov 09. (Invoice No. SNL/[protected] dated 26 Nov 09). I had informed customer care executive Mr Sadat on [protected] regarding installation of the same and was assured that the installation will be done on very next day. But neither the technician visited nor had the firm informed me about the reason for this delay. Rather when i called up the rep I was told that the technician will be visiting next day.
The technician who had visited to install my system on 2nd Dec learnt that the antenna and the remote that I had received was defective. He has done the installation by providing me a old antenna and assured of replacing the defective antenna and remote. This was on the 3rd of Dec 09. Since then I haven’t heard anything from the technician or the firm. The technician Mr Ravi does not respond to my call. I had called up the customer care and registered a complaint no 2242509 dated 05 Dec 09 but unfortunately there hasn’t been any response on that complaint too. i had called up the regional office[protected] on the 15th of this month and was assured of action in 2 days. However the sorry (or shall I say pathetic) state of affairs continue.
I am still using my system with an old antenna and without a remote and when we call the call centre no. they reply that we will receive the remote and antenna in two days but even after 15 days we have not heard anything from the company.
