WWICS Sandhu — Complain against delhi CP WWICS GK II, sandhu , gurpreet kaur, sharat bhardwaj,

on 17th NOv'2005 I attended a seminar of WWICS at Sai Auditorium Near C.G.O Complex. After that the started calling me up more than 5 times a day to join for Immigration by signing an agreement & Paying 30000/-, so in NOV'05 i managed to arrange money & paid 30, 000/- . This is the beginig of my being in trap.

Just a week after they send me a letter of receipt, mentioning that I have signed the agreement & the second installment of 20, 000 & USD400/- is due immidiatley, other wise fine will be charged. So, some how I managed to pay it.

Then they started working on my profile & Asked for another US$350. to pay to an assessment agency. I gave all certified copyes of my certificates & experience certificate & paid this amount in JAN 2006.


After this there was no communication from them for more than a year. i was repeatedly querying on phone & email but they were always misguiding me.

After lots of follow up One fine day they told me that my assessment got negative.& there after no communication.

MY POINT IS THEY ARE THE CONSULTANT, THEY MUST CHECK ALL THE CREDENTIALS BEFORE SIGNING FOR AN AGREEMENT, OR FORWARDING IT TO ASSESSMENT AGENCY. BUT THEY ARE ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT COLLECTING FEE & NOT GIVING RIGHT GUIDANCE.

THEN ON FEB'2007- I MET AT WWICS- C.P. OFFICE WITH Mr. ASHOK LAMBA- REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER, HE PROMISED ME TO SIGN FOR CANADA OR RETURN MY MONEY. BUT EVEN AFTER ANOTHER ONE YEAR ONLY EMAILS & PHONE CALLS ARE MADE FROM MY SIDE. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTE NEGLIGENCE FROM WWICS.


NOW UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, ON MY VISIT TO INDIA JULY'08, I VISITED WWICS- GK OFFICE WHERE BRANCH MANAGER MR. AJAY PATHANIYA, ASSURED ME TO REFUND ALL THIS MONEY IN A MONTH TIME, BUT NOTHING HAS YET COME.




Further to our discussion, please find below the payment details:

1. Receipt for Rs.25, 000/-
2. Receipt for Rs.20, 000/-
3. Copy of draft for Usd 400/-: paid to WWICS Subsidiary.
4. Copy of draft for Usd 350/-: paid to WWICS Subsidiary.
Other pmt aprox-Rs.10, 000/-
( Total aprox. Rs. 75, 000 have been paid)
One Chq. for Referal Rs.4400/- is expected seperately.

Total amount + 2years Interest on it shall be claimed.

Out of this the 4th one USd 350/- we may leave as its other AGENCY fee for assesment,

you may not believe but i have invested above Rs 200000/- to WWICS for australian immigration
I have made contract with WWICS mumbai branch at that time my consultant was Mrs Shraddha Vichare and Mr Santosh Branch manager of Mumbai branch, they tottally misguided me to go for Australian Immigration I have made contarct in 2007 june, till now i have not got visa, after repeattive mails and finally legal threten they agreed to give Visa but till now they havent since my wife's PCC is still pending so
lets see
if they dont I will definitely file legal suite against them for fraud and cheating for wasting my money and valuable time

Hi Guys WWICS is big cheater. I have my Australian VISA in hand I terminated them during my VISA process. I lost INR 75000 but I learned lesson

At he time of registration we were told by WWICS executive that we need o score 7 bands in aggregate in IELTS exam. We appeared for the same and scored 7 bands in aggregate. When we contacted GK branch to process our case further, we were told that we need 7 bands in each subject and we do not qualify to file the immigration and need to appear for he IELTS again.

Had this been told to us earlier, we could have appeared in IELTS first and then registered our case with WWICS.

We were totally misguided by them and landed up paying Rs 20000/- for registration for which we did not avail any service.

Later when we contacted them everytime they give us a new story and try to manuplate us to file immigration to Denmark for which we are not interested. Several times we have writeen and spoken to them for refund but they have not wven bothered to come back. Even now they keep calling us to pay the balance amount.

With our experience we have found that WWICS is totaly unrealbile and unprofessional organisation. They are just trying to trap people.

I can share with you one of my friends experience. He is working in Nigeria. He used to get almost every day ...calls from WWICS, Mohali Office. WWICS managed to convince him. Finally he paid Rs.30000/- as their retainer fee..Once he paid the amount, he never got response from them. He started trying contacting them. The calls were never picked up. Meantime, once he could speak to them. They said, his case will be processed through another branch, thus, let them have some discussion with that branch, after that they would get back to him soon..They never contacted him again neither though phone nor through mail..He started trying contacting them..The case was the same...they never picked up his call...At last, when he got them on line (it was mobile)..some another person picked up the call, telling concerned person is no more using her mobile...
Actually, now he wanted his money back...He would definetly trying his best...

I went though many complaints againts WWICS, and i contacted some of them and stongly believe on them who made complaints of WWICS. And now its my responsibility to make one aware that never go to WWICS for any assistance as they involve in false commitments.

There is no long procedure. The only thing is you have to send copy of your above complaint on plain paper to SSP Chandigarh or Mohali as per jurisdiction and your work will be done. Beware, If there is anything false, you will be in trouble.

I have only seen the complaint so I cannot give any final comments, but the case according to me is not genuine.

w.w.i.c.s — the above mentioned company harrashed me to return of my diposited fees.

w.w.i.c.s,immigration company kolkata based office had taken rupees30000 as retainer fees from my self dated 30/4/2004.TO immigrate and settlement and job in canada withen 2 years of time.
my retainer fees bill number is 04/547.The above mentioned company also took 1600 u,s dollar cheque in favour of"global strategic businee consultancy"draft number18850.

on 4th august 2004,they also took rs19000 in favour of"canadian high commission" draft number 1165308.

already more than 5 years of time over and canadian high commission had rejected my application on 1stjune 2009 due to some nominal reasons.

now i want returned my deposited professional fees of1600u.s.dollar from w.w.i.c.s.
but the company unnessarily delayed and harrashed me to get refund.
please do something for me as because i am not get anything from w.w.i.c.s as product/services up to mark.

WWICS is a big cheater company they are just misguiding the people and making fools.

I had retained our services for canadian immigration on 22 sep 2009.They support a lot in my case and now at my final stage

I am again a victim of their mis representation and mis communication.The time when i filled the case through them at that time they are so much sure about my case but after receiving the money their attitude is totally changed.

Moreover my real brother has referred me for the immigration, as per their policie he is entitle for the Referral amount of Rs 5000 which he hasnt received from the last 2.5 years.

I also think they are just giving fake promises.

g k communications — dirty water

we are receiving dirty and bad smelly water since long time , may be there is some leaking problem from seawer line, pl check it out fast because all the residents are forced to use unhygenic water. This problem was faced by us again and again.

Dirty and smelly water is not suitable for washing and cleaning purpose and no one can even think of drinking.

According to me you all guys are wrong. As i got the visa in just 6 months with the help of WWICS, they are the best immigration consultant in India. If you search on the internet "best immigration consultant in world" you will find them on the top. Now how come they do such thing as this will get their sleeves dirty.

I found them on the internet while searching the best immigration consultant in world. i was looking for help on the internet so that i can file my application for the Canada immigration. I asked wwics everything and They told me every thing about the permanent residence visa, so i trusted them. But when i saw the negative comments i was also afraid that i might have taken the wrong decision. As after paying over 80, 000 rs i was worried that my hard earned money is gone and can never come back.

but i waited for whole 11 months, and one fine day i got a phone call from them that my application for permanent residence visa is approved. They called me to their head office in Mohali to collect.

According to me the complainers have done something wrong on their end. they might have send or submitted the wrong documents. Or they didn't followed them as i did. there must be some mistake from the customer end as they have got more than 15 years of experience in this field so how they can be wrong or faulty.

I use to recommend their services to all of my know persons, as i got their best of the services.
