hi may name is kaiwal, i odered e phone, from your company... i have one quary about the tecnical part. i want to know about how to install the receved item direcly in to the memory card.. i called up at your place .. some budy said to me please hold on i give this call to my supirior.. but then no body respond me and suddenly my call was rejected... if your employee is not able to attend the call, and they have no knowledge about the product, then seg those fallows, it create bad imprestion of your organization...really i am not happy with your services...

on dated 05/07/09 I have came to my knowledge from daily hindi newspaper Hindustan about TCL handicam and atonce I have place an order for the same handicam. On dated 10/07/09 I have received sms over my mobile that order no. 25302 has been despatched to me but till date I have not received the same. Several times I have made contacted to your office no[protected] and all the time your office staff had assured me that my order has been sent. Suddenly on dated 12/08/09 one sms has been received by me on my mobile that my order has been cancelled.
This is not a good way to handle this type of assurance.
hoping that you will provide me my order at earlist.

against an order no. 23612 i had received an sigmatel mobile in july 2009 but it was defective as it was not working on its merit and feature mentioned in the advertisement in mail today. on advise of the conusmer care person I had sent back the said mobile with all the inclusive with a complaint to your Navi Mumbai office for replacement on Oct.25, 2009 by Blue Durt Corrier Service. I had made several contact to the custumer care and lauch the complaint everytime but your customer care persons replied everytime that they are sending the mobile next week. But I have not received it after more then 3 months. In this way now I have decided not to receive the mobile.
Now I want my cash back with all kind of expenses made on this
