i 've taken NET BANKING ID and password but i was unable to use the id and password plz suggest me how to use the net banking and i 've lost the id and password

I am B. Shanmuga Sundaram. I am working in VGUARD, Chennai. I am having account in SBI, Nanganallur (3351) branch. My account number is [protected]. My debit card no is[protected].

On 02/05/2009, I purchased dresses from M/s, A.K. Ahemed & Co, Madurai, they swiped my card in their machine.

But, the card was not accepted in the machine and also the receipt didn't come. So that, I paid that amount Rs.519 /-. The Machine details,
M/s Axis Bank ( MID #[protected], TID #[protected].

After that, I took the mini statement on our ATM and checked it .

Really I am very upset. Because Mini statement shown Rs.519 /- transferred to purchase.

So I lost Rs.519 /-. Please refund this amount to my account.

on 7/10/2009 my atm card throw 5500 rupees loss my balance now 803rs only in fact my balance 6303 but it is not show . please clerefy what is the reason why my actual balance 6303. plase care sir

After that, I took the mini statement on our ATM and checked it .

Really I am very upset. Because Mini statement shown Rs.803 /- .

So I lost Rs.803 /-. Please refund this amount to my account.

I have given request to get new debit card to my nearest branch at madurai.

Dear Sir,

I have deposited a chque of Rs. 2000/- towards the payment of my credit card at Bhopal ( SBI bank at 10 number ). In a drop box on 26.03.10. In my icici account it is showing the amount is debited on 29.03.10.

Please look in to it and do the needful, a call from customercare I have received on 01.04.10 at 3.45 P.M.
