Timtara — poor service
even after 2 weeks of placing the order ,the website hasn't even shipped the product, the payment has already been made through online transaction.once i made the complaint ,the customer service doesn't pick the call and there is no reply via mail/support ticket whatsoever.
the order id is 10279210.
please suggest a remedy ,should i trust them and wait , or cancel the order ,will i able to recover the amount(21,400 rs) if i cancel it now.?
guys please help me...anybody with similar trouble with timtara?

my order no is 10412898i purchesed micromax canvas 2 110 from timtara.com they said will give ur money with in 20 days
but 20 days completed there is no refund
