[Resolved]  Yatra.com — money blocked while booking air ticket

No refund even after 4 months!

i have booked my ticket on 20/06/2012 my rail booking has been unsuccessful from yatraa.com
but amount has been deducted from my account, and my reference number is OU9CGG,

Yatra customer service is highly unprofessional.

They still havent refunded my money - it has been over 4 months.
i send more than 15 mails to [protected]@yatra.com

I would not recommend anyone to use Yatra services.
I made a mistake - i should have searched on the internet about Yatra and read about all the bad customer
experiences before thinking of booking a ticket FROM YATRA.COM

I have booked tkt for kingfisher IT 358 date of journey 15 Dec 12 and airline PNR is 3IMEPE and insurance policy no [protected] and yatra booking no.[protected] bookin date 18 Sep 2012. As Ask your cc that tkt already been cancelled but refund not yet received so far in account debited earlier Account No.[protected] State Bank of Inida (Net Banking). Request refund amt at the earliest

I have booked ticket for kingfisher IT 357 and IT 356 with BOOKING REF 8SFH3U and RESERVATION NUMBER(S) IT/CFZISV for Imphal to guwahati n vice versa for 19th oct and 4th nov 12 on 11th october 2012.i call to your customer care many times but they said...they will refund within 2/3 working days..but i doubt how long they will take to refund the amount.plzzz see in to it...

even after 3 month of chase, Yatra not refunded the money for cancelled flight. money has been paid to them but they are playing on name of airlines. return means not only the ticket charges but also the commission Yatra got in ticket, i easy for them to kill customer than refunding the money by forcing Airlines.

You have given me option to fly with Kingfisher on selected date and money paid to you, it unfortunate that harassment is passed to customer. Thanks a lot Yatra, I also called your customer care but after several try they only asked me to contact airlines, Yatra responsibility was only to take money from customer.

Let me put add such harassment on net and assure that non of friend circle get cheated by you.

Please call incase you need support from customer rather than providing any.

i was in the process of booking a flight from hyderabad to visakhapatnam. there incurred some error, mostly a deliberate one, or may be it was a flaw in yatra.com website that i got the message that my ticket money, Rs. 3138 was blocked and then it has not yet been released. when i contacted their customer care, they say it would take 7-8 days before it gets refunded. so it has caused a great deal of inconvenience to me and i urge the concerned authorities at yatra.com to help my cause immediately.

I booked my tickets for 3adults from chennai to jodhpur to travel on 29/01/2015 booked on 14/08/2014 at 03.51pm through debit card of SBI in the name of tarachand, santhosh, rajesh Rs.12952/- has been deducted from my account number to your yatra account number but we didnot get any confirmation of tickets through mail or on mobile services. Please confirm the status of confirmation of tikcets booked or return of the transaction MONEY as early as possible so that I can travel happily to my destination.
