This letter is to inform and advise all of you about Zen3 info solutions. It is not a stable company and they are sacking people saying its due to performance issues, without even trying them out for 3 to 6 months. Can anybody test a persons capabilities in 15 days to 1 month??? They do not have any training in place, no processes its pure chaos. Zen3 info solutions have many employee cases pending against them and its a matter of time before the place closes..
Do not believe in the lies their HR says...they are incapable and do not have any idea of the business.

I am writing just to clear all your views about this company I ruined my carrier joining this company. Any person would join a company as a fresher or a experience person thinking about their future they place their future in company's hand thinking that they would hae great future if we work hard. Here things are biased people who are close to managers would excel. They will be promoted. But people who dont do chamchagiri with managers even if they perform above average they would not be given appraisal nor increment nor incentive what they get is their salary that's it. What I would suggest is if your looking for long run don't join just for 3 4 months period you can join. I joined with basic salary 10, 000 no increment was given they said they put me under observation and fired me after 6months. This company will fall one day because there are many people like me who went through this pain.
1.Senoirs have relationships with managers they rule and hit on peoples stomach
2.Full politics
3.Normal person cannot survive because they have all gimmicks and are manipulative.
4.1 RATING IS ALSO MORE
5.Zero quality.
6.No work ethics
7.People join back because they have no where to go.
8.Hire and Fire
9.And and and they don't even have a courtsey of giving holiday if an current employee dies.

Hi All zen3 is all about fake people and false promises and they know only one thing that is to pay an employee as low as possible and always trys to suck the blood out of agent and other companies dont take anyone from zen3 because they have tie up with zen3 recently I been to a company at tarnaka seasonal holidays and those guys are puppet of zen3 plz dont waste your time before we never got an option we use to kill ourself and suffer but now we have a company at ameerpet which is paying really handsome around 29k to 34k if you have 1+ years of experience and once u go there staff is very friendly and more over u wobt feel outcast as well I guarantee that and this people got guts and they value talent and hard work they dont even need a reliving letter from this company i[censored] have talent go there and be happy most of the senior employees of zen3 have already joined there even team leaders as well, few people who been to uk from zen3 left this fake company and joined there without any notice so dont worry company is very stable and pays on time. ALWAYS wanted to ask zen3 one thing y you treat people as ?

At the outset, we strongly condemn the above allegations, which are baseless, untrue and posted with a malafide intent to tarnish the reputation of the company.
The complainant was our employee and was asked to leave from our company on purely performance grounds. As per our recruitment policy, HR, during selection process itself, explains thoroughly about training process & period, minimum expectations, weekly evaluations tests and clearing the final evaluation successfully to hit the floor (taking live calls). During the training period and on hitting floor, we have structured weekly / fortnightly assessment of performance and the feedback is given to the employee periodically. Also specific training will be imparted in the weak areas of the employees. Separation will happen only when the employee fails to meet the minimum required expectations. As per the terms of appointment letter the under performers will be sent with proper notice or salary in lieu notice.
We strongly believe and practice performance driven culture in our company since its inception 2003 and has been running successfully being one of the best in the UK Travel industry.
We have a healthy track record of prompt payment of salaries and taking initiatives for employee benefits and welfare activities. Besides our salaries are comparable with any other similar ITES companies in the region. We have a transparent appraisal process through which the performance of the employee is assessed and reviewed.
Zen3 Infosolutions (India) Limited, is running successfully with a high employee satisfaction (ESAT) index with an average of 3 years plus tenured employees in the company. We recruit many of our ex-employees as they enjoy working here. We are in consultation with our legal department and exploring legal action against the above said person for alleging with a false information in a public forum.
