This letter is to inform and advise all of you about Zen3 info solutions. It is not a stable company and they are sacking people saying its due to performance issues,
This is to inform you all that ..if you got an offer in Zen3 info solutions ..i suggest you all not to join in this company because no proper management...No appraisals for the employee...if they doesn't like employee in company they will remove the employee and they will give the reason poor performance of the employee ...
And one more important thing is the HR Of this company will be telling lies for the new joinees regarding salary issues..There will be lot variation between employee in salaries...For the Freshers itself the Salaries will be according to the reference bases...
The manager And HR's are in capable for there work...If any employee go And Ask review of salary ...They will remove the employee with out any notice period ... they are going through a financial crisis which is carefully hidden by HR employed in this company and have available funds to only sustain people for few months.
There is no Job Security in this company ...They can remove the employee any time with out giving any notice period
Do not believe in the lies their HR says...they are incapable and do not have any idea of the business.
Lot Irregular Activities going on this company...Many Issues are raising in the company...
Plzz those who are planning to join in this company ..my valuable suggestion is not to join in this company for your career growth...

Main HR Its self False Promises will be giving to Employees those who going to join newly in the company
