I agreed 100% and the company is not paying the PF amount to the government. They are cheating in all the way. Zylog is not paying the salaries for the last 4 months but still asking the resources to work for them. If the employee is having enough skill and knowledge then better he should go out from the company. If he think that he will get the salary, arrears after some days or month, then he is the real looser.

Zylog systems limited is not able to pay the salary for their employees. Zylog systems stopped the salary in October 2012. After that there is no salary for the emplyees. 75% employees gone out from the company. Now Zylog systems begging with the banks, investers for some few lakhs. Job seekers --> stay away from this company. Investers --> Run away from this stock.

Zylog systems limited is not crediting the employees PF amount in their PF account, also Zylog Systems Limited is not paying the Tax amount which is deducted from the employee salary to the government. The top management is still discussing to put the Rs.20000 for the employees. When they finish the discussion, this month will come to an end. Again senior VP need to catch the US flight to process the salary.
