I am staying @S.Kolathur -Chennai and We are using Wi5 last four months and it was good till Jan 2013, and don't know what happen from Feb 01 2013. Probably i have called customer care almost 5 times and Issue was not resolved. They said like there is server problem and soon it will be sorted out.
I haven't received any reply back from the call center regarding service restoration. But service was up on Feb 07 2013 evening.
Today i got call from customer care regarding service restoration, But now i am facing speed issue and not able to open my log-in page itself. Was this information helpful? |
