not able to track my order

I placed an order on saturday (9th feb 2019) on consortium gifts portal. Payment went through and the order was placed successfully. After that i'm trying to logon to my account in the portal. It is failing although i'm providing the correct credentials. Tried the 'forgot password' option also, but i'm not receiving the reset password. Hence, i'm not able to check my order status. No response to emails and nobody picking the customer care...

To, Consortium Gifts Noida I feel disappointment when i think about how irresponsible Executives of Consortium Gifts Noida are. I ordered some Desktop Items like Pen stands on 05/10/13. I got 6 pieces defective on 18/10/13, that's why i call back to that sales person of Consortium Gifts.They told me to revert back the defective Items at E-78, Sector 6, Noida : 201301, U.P. I bought a 1000 T-Shirts for my company employees on 24/10/2012 of POLO Branded T-Shirts with embroidery from Consortium Gifts they were dirty and the embroidery was messing up totally.
