I had posted complaint against vodafone yesterday and against it i am receiving calls from fraudsters stating that they belong to vodafone and amazon asking me for my bank details on call to issue refund. When i stated that the bank details would be given through e mail they said that the refund cannot be processed to wallet but to my bank account.
The nos. From which calls were received were [protected] (Stated from amazon on my no. [protected] at 12:06 today-person talked for 4 minutes) and later from [protected], a guntur, anhdra no. On my no. [protected] (Stating as from vodafone at 14:46 who talked for 1 min. 27 sec. And when i told him i can't give the bank details on phone he started uttering very bad words)
I am shocked that you are making our attachments public from where the fraudsters are picking up details and calling us. It is really bad that you are asking for as many attachments as possible to prove and support our point and endangering our entity Was this information helpful? |
