After becoming members of Country Club we (myself & my husband) we find that whole of Country Club in India & Dubai is full of Fraud, Cheats. Right from their Vice President Mr. Abdul Subhan to Marketing Managers, Asst. Marketing Managers are frauds & cheats. Through their false & illegal marketing we were made to invest in December 2015 for 4 plots at Sarzameen Phase I project as special festival offer to Country Clum members. We were made to pay AED 60, 000 as cost of the plots plus AED 15, 000.00 for registration cost of the plots. Mr. Manoj Mithbaonkar-Assit. Marketing Manager gave us the condition that after one year we can sell back the plots to Country Club at total cost AED 100, 000.000.Later we were told that there is no such scheme for Country Club to buy back the plots exists. We demand that the culprit Mr. Manoj Mithbaonkar-Assit. Marketing Manager who is responsible for this illegal marketing to honor the terms & conditions of this investment buy us. Why we should be forced to keep the plots sold under false & illegal terms & conditions. Otherwise, we will sue Country Club for illegal marketing causing us tremendous physical & mental stress for more than 10 months. Vice President Mr. Abdul Subhan promised to compensate utter wrong doings by Mr. Manoj Mithbaonkar but he has also proved to be hollow & rotten trunk of Country Club by not honoring his promise & commitment.
WE WARN the PUBLIC ALL OVER INDIA, U. A. E., OMAN, DOHA & QATAR, U. K. that Country Club/Country Vacations is total Fraud, Cheat organisation, think million times before becoming their members or investing your hard earned money with them. We are first hand example of becoming unfortunate members of this Fraud club. We are more than willing to share with all the full dossier of our utter bad experience with Country Club.
